Anybody know if there is a difference between these two options? Premium Plus claims no ads, but not sure that's actually the case for SX coverage.
If it’s anything like last year and you are only using it to watch SX, save yourself the few bucks. I paid the extra for the ad free subscription and still had ads during SX.
For watching racing just get the premium.
And if like years prior, all they showed during the 'commercial free' ad segment time was some static camera in the stadium pointing at the back of a track worker or something like that.
They are the same for SX and there still some ads on live events. Unless the plus helps you with other content it is not needed.

My morals and selfish desires are at battle here.
We were watching free Peacock one day and had a very disturbing add / propaganda come on.
Nothing stating who put it up or where it came from, just very disturbing.
Hard to patron any business that would support the message.
a little off topic but does Peacock allow you to start it late and rewind to the beginning and then fast forward through commercials? I usually always do this with TV.
I am not positive, but I believe if you start it late you can't start from the beginning, nor can you fast forward thru commercials. To start from the beginning, you have to wait until it's over and watch the replay. And I think you still can't fast forward thru commercials. But I am not positive.
I would pay extra for that feature alone.
You can start late up to a certain point rewind and ffwd. Way past half way I believe but once it’s near the end , you have to wait for a short while before it’s available. Also be careful! If you start late , turn the volume down first and try and look away! I’ve spoiled the race a few times by starting the show during a main podium
How long are races available for watching on demand? Sometimes I go a week or two before catching up on the series then watch a couple at a time.
The app has less functionality, but using a browser allows far more freedom on rewind/ff etc.

Hey, John! Thanks for reaching out regarding our Premium Plus tier. We do apologize for any confusion, and we are happy to help! Due to streaming rights, a small amount of programming - Peacock channels, events, and a few shows and movies - will still contain ads even on our Premium Plus tier. We hope this helps! Feel free to reach out again with any additional questions or concerns.
So I guess Premium Plus is $5/month more for nothing?
Premium plus is mostly commercial free, but as it says there are some that require it. It is for nothing with regards to SX.
crazy to see ...there is no tv broadcast of the night show at all
till April 15th from Atlanta
I’ve seen some adds on peacock that even made my girlfriend sick to her stomach. Luckily none last night that I saw.
also if you exit out of the app and immediately re open it when commercials start the “we’ll be right back” screen comes up and you don’t get commercials
