There's a guy out there that advertises on FB about some aftermarket power valves for RM's.

I was curious if anyone has used them?

https://www.amazon.com/MX-Products-Suzuki-125-11254-36E10-11255-36E10/d…

They are nearly 200 bucks a pop OEM, and the OEM ones notorious for breaking. I could scrounge up a used one, but....it'll probably just break again.

Mine "only" destroyed the piston when it broke, but it could have been a whole lot worse. I figure it's best to replace both at this point, and 200 bucks for a potentially stronger part sounds better than 400.

I think you've answered your own question. If oem were any good, why would anyone take the time to make a part that special?

Need to make cr125 98-99 ones for every Hpp 125 rider. Rare as rocking horse shit and dearer than diamonds

They look super sexy, right??

The question I have is, are they going to blow up in my motor? Laughing

Like the stock ones do....

If you're really worried about it maybe you could drill/tap a hole down the length of the valve and put some threaded steel rod in it.

Won't fit, but check this out:

Not sure how the middle stage works. Seems like it'd just randomly stick to either the guide of the valve. But anyway, the pin/socket would keep it from falling in if the valve breaks.

Well I ended up purchasing these.

The shipping was crazy fast (from a whole different country!).

They are just as sexy in person as they are on the website.

Installed them, then had my cylinder bored out (which means they got cut too) and that seemed to go fine.

I've only had 1 ride, but they seem to remain functional and didn't blow anything up, yet.

So far, so good.

Make Hpp cr125 valves. You’ll sell a couple hundred sets. Copy the 98 99 ones.

Well I've had these power valves in the bike for a year now.

No complaints at all.  They've held up great.  I haven't had the engine apart to truly have a close look see but the bike functions great.  I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone else.

Thanks Daniel for making this product and glad to see you here!

Hello Daniel. Do you make power valves for a 95 RM 250? Thank you.

Hey thank you. I appreciate it. I’m helping my cousin source parts for his bike. This year of RM (95) has a very limited amount of parts available. Completely different story if he had gotten a 96.
