How on earth they can throw to that sketchy on-bike vision beats me. There's a crappy reflection of the lights or there's a film in front of the camera that is just terrible. That said, a couple of the on-bike shots were really good. Like two. Just two. The drone tonight was the best ever and the spider cam is a Superstar.
My enjoyment of Supercross was enhanced in the last couple of years with the Lawrence brother's being involved. Quite frankly I wasn't interested much of anything else that didn't involve the boys. However, tonight, I thought it was awesome watching Max Anstie, Col Thompson, Savatgy, McElrath Tanti . . . Some really good racing.
The Australian promoters are to be congratulated for putting on such a good show. I've been to the AUS-X a couple of times and they know how to make it happen.
