I have only started it periodically to ride it around and drain the gas back out of it since march. It needs a new home. As you can see, it is in “storage mode” most of the time. Cleaned to sell, in immaculate shape. 20 hours total. Comes with some extras. Sprung for ~190. See additional Pictures and details below!

Asking price: $6,500 OBO.

No kidding! I said extras, I mean extras! hahahaha.

It's an awesome ride, but for the more intermediate and rutty stuff here by me, I really love my MC350. The 2t is a total blast down in florida.

Thanks, I'm going to need it. It's been for sale forever lol.

Mind telling me what you gave for something like that? You can message it to me if you prefer. I really want to get rid of this one and that will help me with pricing.

$ 6500 cash. Seems most are asking 6500 around here.

Seen some really clean 20 models around 6k. You are spot on with pricing but things are cooling off right now on used bikes.

Thanks man! I think it's the whole "close enough" to msrp thing. People tend to forget the additional 1200+ that goes on top of that price. At least that's how I always thought. Then you see the invoice and it's not anywhere near the MSRP lol.

On another note, for those interested, this is what's done to the bike:
-22mm offset triple clamps - OEM Yamaha parts used for the conversion (450 clamps).
-Rubber mount bar clamps - OEM Yamaha
-Steahly Flywheel Weight #826, 9 oz.
-Braided Brake line
-HH front pads
-Honda Master Cylinder
-Twinwall 996
-Cycra Skid Plate
-0.46 front fork spring rates
-5.8 rear spring rate
-180 main

6500 is the bottom dollar in this configuration. I will decrease the price as I remove parts with any value.

For what it’s worth 22mm is a game changer on those bikes! The front end grip is insane with that change!

Definitely agree, it’s still straight line stable as before, but it will actually bite down and turn now as well. One of the rare times where something is a pure upgrade and not a trade off. Plus, rubber mounts. I felt a big improvement there as well!

I have alot of family in winter garden and go down to ride orlando a few times a year though. I'm strictly limited to one bike on my carrier though. The next time I'll be down there for sure is Jan 14 unfortunately. I'm happy to work with you on travel if it comes to that.

If anyone is interested in the parts on that list, just ask. I'll happily sell things off the bike and adjust the price accordingly.

Took it out again today and cruised it around. Such a wicked fast bike. I have a variety of bars and grips for the buyer as well, so I can tailor it to you prior to pickup. Willing to meet a good distance too. I like to accommodate.

Rode a stock '22 model this weekend also and I forgot how much more refined and willing this one is comparatively. The clamps and FW Weight make a massive difference.

Ready for a new home!

What 450 clamps fit the 250? I've had 6 yz 250s over the years and always wanted rubber mounts and a more planted feel. Otherwise they're awesome! Good luck with sale sick bike if I hear of anyone looking ill pass it along.

I cant remember the exact year range but there's a "dark age" where the 450 is 25mm offset and then Yamaha reverted to 22. I wanna say this was 17-18? At this point, 2019+ is easy to source with alot of guys selling their '21-'22 stuff after they get Xtrigs or something. You'll have to bore the top clamp to fit the forks and swap the steering stem.

If you just want rubber mounts then stop here and save yourself the hassle and buy PHDS mounts.

Ready to mount your choice of bars and set the sag for you. It's begging to be ridden. Extra clean and oiled filters ready to go and a crankcase full of fresh oil, according to the manual (not the check bolt).

Took it out over the weekend and forgot how awesome these are. The difference in this and a stock one is wild.

Anyways, bump back up.

Hours now reading 21.x. I will ride it around the block to keep everything oiled weekly or so, which is the reason for the “.x”

Also swapped back to pro taper contours. Twin walls are beyond stiff.
