First off, We at Engine Ice and ProClean1000 would like to apologize for missing LL's last year and our annual KFC Chickenfest.

This year however, WE WILL BE BACK and continuing the Annual KFC Chickenfest. However there is a slight scheduling change in regards to our highly anticipated KFC Chickenfest, as it will be held on THURSDAY this year, rather than the usual Friday. Friday's seemed a bit too stressful as final motos are underway and scheduling issues, so THURSDAY seemed a little more logical.

EVERYONE is invited to the Engine Ice/ProClean1000 hospitality area, located right next to the pool on the main road, to partake in this annual feast. There is no charge and you do not have to be sponsored by us, it is solely a social event as well as a thank you to those who do support us.

Lastly, those of you familiar with the Annual KFC Chickenfest know we usually have a post feasting bit of fun and revenge, and that is a part of the plan as always, so don't miss it.


Engine Ice/ProClean1000 KFC Chickenfest
Thursday, August 6th
During the scheduled racing lunch break (about noon)
at the Engine Ice/ProClean1000 Hospitality area
located next to the pool on the main road

Actually, I'll pile on in hurting his reputation. As Dave said in an earlier post, the EI area is truely a hospitality area, where he welcomes everyone. I usually spend a good part of my day there and it is inspiring to watch Dave and Buddy help anyone they can with product as well as serving up beverages and food.

Lokking forward to another year.

I will agree. As we discussed after that, it is sometimes difficult for a parent to have to combine parent, coach, and mechanic; where you can be straight forward and tell it like it is.

And yes not only was nick's next moto a huge improvement, the final motos were better, also.

Hopefully i can save enough money to go to lorettas next year.

I ran out of money because im getting charged a fortune for my hotel in italy for the des nations and im getting completely robbed by the hotel for the weston beach race this year.

Of the past five years I've been there I'm ashamed to say that I've never enjoyed the festivities of EI Chickenfest. In fact, maybe it was the absence of Chickenfest last year that prompted so many people to consider themselves "cobra family" for the Cobra dinner... I swear I've never burned so much hair off my hands and arms before, must have served over 500 burgers and hot dogs. I also never heard so many people complain about free food, I felt like smackin' a few with my greasy spatula! I'll never forget one lady that hovered over my shoulder saying things like, "flip that one, you're burning them!" and the classic, "I'll take mine medium rare!"

I gotta order up a vital shirt before I head down there so I can meet F2F all the interweb personalities I know and love! Wink

I'm going for the first time, my cousin qualifed in stock 250B. I'll be in Nashville from this Wed. Till Friday the 6th. Should be heading to the track on Wed. And Thu. barring any serious issues.

We also make lunch everyday about noon, if you're there, you eat

and we don't fool around with like crappy hotdogs and stuff

Thanks man I'm really looking forward to it. I spend plenty of time in Memphis, it will be nice to actually make it to the race this year. The dates never seem to work out but this year it looks great.
