No doubt the streaming issues were a major issue most of the season, but the last two weeks have been flawless on Flo. Great quality and we had Stew along with the best racing/story lines in probably 20 years.

In addition, those of you who signed up for Flo can also watch the MTB World Champs this weekend as part of your subscription. Nice Bonus!

LMFAO... Yeah they sure got it together with 3 rounds left.

Not a penny from me.

I didn't say you just pay them bro, just stating they did get it fixed and I appreciate. For $7 a month it's still been worth it. I watched every moto whether live or replays. Have there been issues? Yep. Did they fix it. Yep.

No

Last 2 rounds doesn't make up for the backyard mickey mouse show they have put on that made 3/4 of the season an absolute joke for live streaming.
Ridiculous in 2022, pure incompetence on their end.

I'll give them credit for salvaging the last rounds after the last checkered flag is waved.

Good riddance

It has been working great since the flo switch over couple weeks back 6.99 is cheap for 4 hours of live moto racing every weekend 16 hours a month . Can’t even buy a cheap gas station lunch for 6.99 so don’t know what people complaining about

Totally, bro. That's exactly what I said.

Would you keep going back to the same restaurant that messes up your order every time, and then when they finally get it right after 8 times give them a great review and recommend them as a wonderful place to eat?

Streams been good for 2 weeks, out of the entire season

It has not been out for the whole season and I am just pointing out that it's back and working great. Watch if you want to for the price of a coffee or don't. I am glad it's fixed and has been for a couple weeks.

I saw your posts and decided to give Flo another try. $149.99 is the only option I ever see to stream mx racing. Price of coffee my ass.

I went to Flo App on AppleTV 4K connected to Ethernet because the WiFi streaming was worse that previous years. Didn’t want to but definitely worth it. Been flawless since. Or connect a laptop/PC same way. Even the SmartTV Flo app is a dumb “go stream” banner. Just so much better to hardwire to Ethernet and connect via HDMI.

Yeah, because there wasn't a window in the middle of the moto when logic says you cut to a commercial.

Stop apologizing for the broadcast school dropouts that produce this kind of crap. The sport deserves better than this.

My Android TV device is 4k HDMI connected (Nvidia shield). No Proper FloTV app for platform, must use the garbage phone casting feature even though I am on a high end mass-market media box that is listed on the "supported platforms" for Flo.

I am on a gigabit fiber connection.

The race was awesome for the whole moto. They were waiting and and waiting for it to settle down and it never did. Go hate your life somewhere else.

Maybe get a better platform? Android is garbage. Mine is perfect on bowser through wifi so use that if you do actually have proper internet. Apple TV is flawless using Flo App

They ran a $6.99 per month promotion with the Mav Transition. There were about 20 threads with the promo code and link. Also on Racer X. I am not sure it is still valid at this point. Don't blame them for you not paying attention.

So the platform that works perfectly on every other streaming service and can even stream remote cloud based sessions of video games at low latency in 4k is garbage, not the one service that performs poorly across multiple platforms?

Fwiw, I do not consider AppleTV device superior to Shield TV. The performance gap is pretty tilted toward shield for most applications.

They may provide decent service on one of the platforms they say they support, but certainly not all. Also very low stream quality (but stable) on my smart TV.

I believe it has something to do with upload speeds when casting over WiFi. The Gigabit speeds into the router are important but the WiFi matters. MXGP-tv seems to cast better over WIFI than Flo I don’t know why. I was checking my WiFi upload/download speeds and I was 50M down/8-10 up.
On Ethernet I’m over my internet plan at 160down. Upload speeds don’t matter because you are direct connect. FWIW I was tired of being pissed off all the time casting and getting crap.

I am getting in excess of 400M both up and down to internet on my wifi network with sub 15ms ping.

Try sideloading with downloader app. I uploaded an apk to my website to get it on my shield. Case sensitive
Also, troypoint is a good resource for streaming info

“Bills to pay” but subscribers are paying, thought that was the entire point of paying for a stream service.

Streaming from iPhone to Chromecast has been a nogo after they updated the app earlier this month. Total shit show.

Conversely, I have watched all of the last 3 races with zero issues when casting to Chromecast from Flo on a Windows laptop.

Will cancel $6.99/mo after Pala.
