I can't support Jago no more man, absolutely hopeless. There is no worse feeling than that of being a Jago Geerts fan

I thought Germany was the worst track of where you are after the 1st lap is where you finish but this track has taken the crown by a long way.

I think Geerts has blown it now, the pressure finally got to him.

Crasher Geerts. At least he's making it close, just 2 points in it going into the last GP. This is MXGP 2021 2.0.

Geerts… It just all started on Saturday, P1 in time practice and then go stand in the middle of the gate. Couldn’t get the start, needed to push and crashed. This all continues on Sunday as he didn’t got the best gate pick in both moto’s. Needed to push again and there it goes 2nd moto.

If he just lined up on the inside off the gate like Vialle did all weekend on the Saturday they starts and results would have been totally different. He clearly got the pace on Saturday and 1st moto.

Bad choices, pressure and he can’t keep it on 2 wheels. I really pulling for him for the title but I can’t see it happening.

Seewer is absolutely sending it on that "triple"! (In quotations because it looks like it was never designed to be launched like that?!)

It was just a miserable day tbh. On a track with actually a possibility to pass he would allways end up before Vialle that first moto. The deciding factor will be 2nd moto at the finnish GP, if he only didnt't miss that bank the Championship would be his. Vialle has a bit more luck the last few rounds, haybales today, Vd moosdijk crashing( 3 extra points), and going offtrack in every other GP the last few rounds, heck even a flagger can't put him down ( joking offcourse).

Geerts needs to get his nerves down and go all in at the Turkey round. The Belgian moto scene absolutely needs another world title, it has been 15 years...

MXGP M2 was super impressive, 2 passes on last lap on a one-lined track. Gasjer goes from 3rd OA to 1st OA in one lap. I think he has to thank Prado a bit because of that pause in one of the ruts that bunched them up again.
Prado was looking like his old form - shame he couldn't hold it all the way but he was tough for almost the entire race under all kinds of pressure.

Damn! That last lap was incredible. How far Tim jumped down the hill to make the past.. pure commitment!

I was thinking even if he still went over the berm, if the marshal just didn't take so long to help him he would still probably have a double digit lead

But that hill has always been a full send, i have seen guys on 250's do it, but hardly anyone was doing it this weekend, maybe the approach was different, the 'jump on the turn is maybe new.

Overall wins:
9 - Gajser
8 - Every other MXGP rider combined

Moto wins:
14 - Gajser
13 - Seewer, Renaux and Prado combined

Gajser has also led more laps, has more pole positions, more red plates and has thoroughly dominated 2022. And still he doesn't get credit.
Even for 2021, I just read that Prado was more in the title fight than Gajser, despite never being ahead of him the championship, winning less races than the Slovenian, less overalls, and finishing over 100pts behind him. The mind boggles Huh

Yes he did a big domination on the first part off the season. But in the last 10 GPs he only won 4 moto’s en 3 overalls. Wich 1 moto and 1 overall came this weekend.

That’s something that’s not called domination, over the last 8 moto’s 4 off them is just finishing and riding around 7th when he had an 150 points lead.

That’s what I said, it’s about time!

He is the champ and needs to show why, and he did.

Tom Guyon had a very nice GP after a couple years with injuries. 3rd in r2 and coming a couple points off the podium. Great race mate.
