Everyone rags on MXGP for having half a gate, yet a dude like Gilbert (great ride by the way) has never finished inside the top 15 in MXGP and often struggles to get a few points.

He's also handled in the British championship, by the likes of Searle and Kullas, the latter who is also racing MXGP again and is barely scoring points.

Like when Lupino ran Pala last year to P16 and then opened up in MXGP with a P4?

Seriously, chill out with the AMA vs GP's.
Lupino finished 10th in MXGP last year. He qualified 5th at Pala, DNF in moto 1, gate pick 36 for moto 2, finished 13th. It was not his day, but that can happen with a one-off race. I'm not here going Talviku finished 17th overall today, yet his average finish in MX2 is 18.3 in 2022,

People rag on MXGP, depth and empty gates. Even the likes of Matthes/Pulp Nation were laughing ahead of Pala that Josh could be top 15. Why? Because he was a nobody who finished 18th-25th in MXGP to them.

We have seen Josh a plenty of times in the 450 class this year and he has raced many times in MXGP. 10th-20th, no doubt in my mind that MXGP is deeper. And lets be real, it might be the fastest 40 that line up in AMA Pro Motorcross but those between 30-40 are often the same pace off the front runners as the locals everyone rips into when MXGP visits flyaway country.

Dungey got docked one position in the first Moto for jumping on Red Cross flag, He's listed as 6-6 in the official results.

Tomac’s fastest lap was 2 seconds faster than anyone 3rd-40th. Sextons fastest lap was still 1.6 seconds faster than that. Sexton was at a new level today. We are seeing something that has never happened before in this dual. They could trade 1-2’s the rest of the way and Tomac loses the championship with 549 points. 549 points wins 90% of the championships. This year has been out of this world.

After Spring Creek a lot of people said Chase would never see the red plate again. I thought he could do well at Shougal and Unadilla though. Now I think Budds might switch back to advantage Eli.

What fans who actually follow the sport rag on MXGP? Fans that have actually seen MXGP riders in person? You're paying attention to the wrong people. Most of us know they haul ass in the GP's
