I had the same thought before. I just don't understand how someone get so under the skin of people with posts on a online forum to make this sort of thread Laughing .

Fuck some of you dudes are weirdly critical about the weirdest shit haha

I drive an Outback mainly cause it's a wagon, low enough for me to transfer into, goes pretty good, good enough off road to get me down the creek or to a track to watch and goes whenever I turn the key..

But you can continue with whatever judgements make your peckers bigger and feel tougher haha ya weirdos!

(btw I realise a lot of you are joking around but I bet some aren't haha)

Don't ever feel bad about that Jem! I personally never owned one , but where I'm from in the NW US , they are extremely popular. Why?.......because the AWD version in shit snow and ice covered roads get along just fine. I saw dudes in here putting them down along with trucks......obviously don't live in a climate where they come in extra handy when the weather turns. And for you , if you can slip into one comfortably , then heck yeah man.....screw what these other dudes say!

More millionaire's drive an f-150 than any other vehicle. Is financial success on your radar?

What about homeownership? Many self respecting homeowners prefer a truck to help accomplish their home improvement goals. Just take a trip to Home Depot or Lowes on the weekend and see for yourself.

Geez guys I thought it was obvious I was joking. I was mocking the guy that listed "the" four types of people that drive Subarus that I quoted. My answers were identical for trucks except I swapped lesbians for rednecks. Obviously there are countless types of reasons and people who drive Subarus and trucks and everything else lol.

J-Sloan.

My take....not that anyone cares.

There are some things I agreed with him on.

Initially found him somewhat entertaining. Now.... not so much....he's like that mosquito buzzing near your ear. I guess that is what he's aiming for.

The guy has zero credibility when he continually deletes his own posts and his own threads.

If you do respond to him....don't quote him. Copy his post and make your own "quote out of his post". Why... because sure as shit, when you call him out on his post, he'll delete his original post and your response disappears with it.

New Bern NC, about ten years ago on good morning America it was stated as the best place in the country to retire, I like taking the Yankees money when they need a quality home build by legal Americans.

I had Braces.

My 98 Z71 came from the factory with true dual exhaust.

I’m missing 4 adult teeth, never came when my baby teeth were gone. Orthodontist never seen anyone like it.

My last 3 digits of my SS are 666.

Everything in this post is true.
I also had braces.
I had a 85 GMC Jimmy in high school, then an RX-7.
I spent a year in Australia in my 20's and fell in love with the WRX( As well as many other car models that we did not get in North America at the time. I bought one when they were available here as I was living in the Canadian Rockies snowboarding 100 days a year.
My WRX help me pull a boat load of ski bunnies and got me to the POW every time in style and safety.

I'm getting ads for Dutch earth walls constructed to reclaim farm lands, and scissors. Strange.

Somewhere there's a WRX forum.....
That’s funny as hell. Sloan is message board legend for antagonizing keyboard warriors that take sh*t way too serious.

Anyone else have an issue with with blowing head gaskets on a Subaru? After ours did, like anyone would do...googled it and saw a number of folks complaining about the same thing. Some make the argument that the boxer engine is more prone to the issue, but not seeing how that could be?

Does seem to be the case, apparently they have more surface imperfections than other marques. Most of the high performance ones I see personally use RCM (unsure who makes them for them) gasket which actually has nitrile sections to seal it up or Cosworth gaskets, but I have seen a handful that don't actually use head gaskets at all, no joke, just precise facing of mating surfaces with no physical gasket just a smear of Wellseal or similar.

Did a wiring job for a guy last year who bought some major parts from RCM's Mk1 'Gobstopper' Impreza, mega car that thing that was, but poking fun at the average Impreza owner is almost essential.
