I think the huge disservice this game does to its own self is that it makes you have to upgrade the bikes to truly get a feel for the game when most users just want to sit down and burn some laps out without all the career mode stuff.. considering this, then combined existing glitches and bugs, make the game a headache for most users. I’m on Xbox, so add me if y’all want Th0ughtCr1me . I also am uploading a clip today of me just riding around and showing how the rider flexes on the bike when jumping and landing. I have dual stick set to enabled versus single stick option. Sadly though, my game still has not pulled down the newest 10.0.7.0 patch from Xbox servers.
In my opinion, the career mode is completely lame and feels like something from twenty years ago, but the gameplay itself is pretty damn solid and I'm enjoying just trying to set fast laps on the official tracks, which are outstanding. My biggest gripes are probably the inability to change the controls (because having to shift with L3 and R3 is just god awful) and the lack of gear options, but those are both things that could be added at some point in the future. Oh, and did they actually get the 250 2 stroke sounds from a chainsaw?
This is a great starting point for them to add to to make a potentially great game. Yeah the bugs are annoying but the core game experience is really really good.

v1.08 is already in the works and will be finished soon 🫡
Total Update: 9.77 GB
With that being said, the last update took care of the sliding and handling....but i still have the tracks rendering in last sec looking like water and waves, my handlebar has some crazy stuff going on etc etc.
Looking forward to the next update already. Steps in the right direction.
What I don't understand is how we have less features than the previous title. Braap custom riders need to be put back in game and the ai needs to be more competitive. It may not be the official game of Lucas Oil Pro Motocross but it could be close to it. If you have competitive ai and the ability to create them to look like actual pro riders it would make for a much more realistic feel to doing a championship with those tracks.
When playing offline even though I bought all the oem bikes I'm stuck looking at ai on those generic looking bikes. The only oem bike I see is my front fender. Feels like paying for oem bikes was a waste of money as is. When playing All Out all of my ai riders were on oem bikes and looked like the top pro riders.
Just a shame the game took some huge steps forward but took some steps back also.
Prior to 1.07 patch it wasn't nearly as buggy as I expected. Menu lag was bad, but the game played fairly well aside from a random freeze for a second or two while racing. Which really only sucked in bends
Otherwise it played fairly well and was nearly as nice as on the PC. After the 1.07 update the menu is much better, the random freeze appears gone and now I am smashing the GOAT A.I. by probably twice the margin I was previously. Just finished the 250 national series and won by 1min+ on every map in 3 lap races.
It feels like i am cheating now. The bikes grip a lot better and the clutch is less fussy but i had gotten pretty good with those issues so when they're suddenly gone it feels like I can ride at 50% and win.
I could hit nearly everything on my 125 2 stroke comfortably. I enjoyed it so much i felt rewarded for nailing everything. The 250 2 stroke with these improvements feels like everything is ridiculously easy. No track feels challenging now. There's maybe the odd section you still need a good run to clear. But i can make mistakes for the most part and be back to full speed fairly quickly not really paying for the mistake.
Spent 6 hours on it.
Got me refund from steam.
What a shit, terrible, bad game.
