He has really been working for it and has incredible talent. I am sure when we were that age we could have said and done some of the things Haiden has done. He is still a kid, he's having fun, and putting in the work. Wish him all the best going forward.
I get the aspect of some people thinking he's overexposed but to openly root for a teenager to fail is just weird

I was very impressed with Deegan after watching that video. His corners were so much faster, smoother, and more consistent than the others. The time spent at the Goat Farm has really pushed him to the next level. I certainly wouldn’t bet against him at the Ranch! That smack down he just put on the field will be living in their heads for the next month.
Lots of people were wondering why the Deegans jumped ship from the Orange Brigade to Star. I think the evidence is clear that it was the right move.

You know I kind of had the same stance as you coming into this weekend but now I kind of see where some of these haters are coming from. First moto podium deegan gets up there and the announcer ask who his coach was for the day. His response was “I don’t even know his name” something a long those lines. It really rubbed me the wrong way hearing it in person. It just come out in a way where he sounded like he didn’t really care about michael byrne even being there or being involved with him in the slightest.

To put there cherry on top the only kid to get to do a practice start the entire Thursday practice was Brian’s youngest. Just one of those deals where no other dad could get away with something like that but deegan.

And don’t get me wrong I don’t with any ill will on the kid/family, but I kind of see where some of these people are coming from. I’m really not the judge every move they make under a microscope type either, I didn’t come into this weekend even knowing the combine was there or any deegan would be there. It just played out that way.

As far as racing goes I was super impressed with deegan. I don’t think hymas could have beat him if he stayed up.

Can any west coast guys speak on the kawi support kid? My only takeaway was that he is super loose. Kind of expected a little more from him.

And anyone know what happens to braswell second moto? I could have swore he was running 2nd or 3rd for 95% of the second moto then he ended up getting 5th I think. I guess a tip over?

Hymas woulda beat'em all if he hadn't fallen alot and gone slow. They got Deegan on a different watch just so his times look better. I swear I saw Deegan's little brother thowin sticks in Hymas' spokes in one corner when he was catching him. Check the video. I seen it. Applebees has got rats in their Cobb salad too.
