All Out was pretty much a slideshow when it released on consoles and took a few updates to iron out everything.
I never actually preordered this. Wanted to see how it ended up on consoles first. But by the looks of it I'll wait and grab the PC version once there's a sale and hopefully a few patches to fix the obvious bugs .
If Milestone added current gear, and track deformation, they would be the definition of a perfect SX game.
Edit.
To enjoy this gsme:
Upgrade motorcycle as someone else in the thread said earlier.
Turn on the dual sticks in the settings. By default it was one stick for me and was extremely horrid.
A lot of complaints about it, but I thought All Out was an awesome game that just needed some tweaking. It was always fun to play, albeit frustrating at times.
On what planet is this a follow up to that? This is 5 steps backward. I always feel bad slamming a team of people that worked hard on something, and that they’re proud of. But man…
Hopefully it will get better. If it does I’ll have no problem supporting it
From the preview videos that looked good I think they were done on PC. Windhams videos atleast were on PC.. The console owners impressions seem to be universally bad so far. With some comments saying the disc version was an older build. But since the official launch it looks like that is the build everyone has on console atleast
I loved All Out. But it was pretty horrible at launch so i have faith legends will eventually be fixed. Just curious what (if any) platform is best at the moment.
Really bummed out that they fucked this launch again though. They learned nothing from the All Out launch.
Pit Row
In all honesty MX bikes is the only moto game worth of playing at the current time, if that’s to serious I have been on MES2 also still a crowd there.
The first person was really good, the preload seems unresponsive at times, and I don't really understand buying an exhaust for my bike, having it do nothing in terms of horsepower, then having to buy "engine tuning". Why not make it like most racing games where different parts give you different stat improvements?
I'm still hoping Rainbow Studios can figure it out but I'm sad they couldn't do it this time around. I'm sure a lot of people have read this article but for those who loved reflex and don't understand why the newer games are total crap, here's why : https://racerxonline.com/2017/02/05/on-site-rainbow-studios
Bad animations
Collisions bugs
Graphic bugs
Sound bugs
No terrain deformation
9 DLCs to buy day 1
What a waste of time.
I think it is better than All Out was at launch (but i think All Out current state is maybe a bit better, but they are fairly different physics wise). Definitely the first Nordic game that didn’t have major issues for me on Pc at launch.
I do like the environments and tracks so far. At least if they make improvements to some of the complaints the tracks are a good base to build from.
The game is an absolute mess. I don't understand how someone made the conscious decision to release this build. I'm one of the Reflex lovers, though I thought All Out was decent if played a certain way.
This game is just trash. From the menu layout, the delay in menu selections, to the overall feel. I know that's a gross generalization, but it really is THAT bad as a whole.
