There’s no gap. Just two different race series. One has SX and MX, the other is just MX. They all rail a dirt bike at the end of the day.

The only GP guy that could hang with the front guys the first 2 rounds would have been a fit and healthy Herlings.

Would they come over to the GPs the story would have been a bit different and guys like Gajser, Prado and Renaux would be in the mix to.

I doubt there's a racer in the field sitting around wondering about this.
And I couldn't give a flying rat's ass about it either.

I watch both series.
Different bikes, courses and prep.
And I find our outdoor racing far more competitive.

Definitely what we needed, another thread leading to a multi page AMA vs GP's pissing watch. All I have to say is I think we have a strong team for the MXdN this year. Also, it still doesn't seem real to have the living legend AC racing our series. If you use his finishes to draw any actual conclusions on this topic, you're an asshat

Our riders spend most of the year focusing on Supercross and maybe 3-4 months on the outdoors. Everyone knows Supercross is where the money comes. Sucks. But is true.

The US hasn't had a SuperStar racer in the last several years. Europe has had several.

Plus, the US riders are getting mentally weaker. Ferrandis doesn't crack. Jett doesn't crack. Our guys complain that their gloves are too tight or the training regimen is too demanding.

So you wouldn't call our 450 SX Champ Eli Tomac who happened to win the second moto from behind a Superstar? What about Sexton or Anderson? Oh ya and they also have the balls to race Supercross. They barely even focus on the outdoors, when that's all the Euros do for 12 months a year.

Chase will dominate going 1-1. His main track sunset ridge is sand. He rode the bottomless sand tracks in Wi. He raced red Bud numerous times growing up. As a amateur he raced at Ltm they get ovr 800 riders probably more racers than any track in the world. He,s from Illinois I don’t see a European rider hanging with him at the des nations.
