These bikes are so good looking! And i'm excited by the changes they've made. I rode the 22 on a demo day last fall and it was the biggest disappointment for a bike that i have experienced, i would imagine these changes are for the good!

Yes !, the anniversary edition looks the way Honda's should, put the gold rims/blue seat on all CRF's

the CRF450R was introduced in 2002.
technically this is the 20th anniversary.
the Elsinonre and CRs COULD have celebrated their 50th... but they stopped making them in 2007

we could say that Honda has been making racing dirt bikes for 50 years.
Blue seats and gold rims, yessss....

I don’t get the 36 year old look for a 50th annivarsary, yeah the bike looks good and all that but they missed the ball park on this one.

Should have went with the silver plastics and a real elsinore look..

Hydraulic clutch for the 450...mentioned far down the page - how did we manage to miss this somehow ? That should be a nice improvement as it is said to be lighter to pull.

And how come the 450R-S model which is basically the 2022 model, is a few hundred dollars more then the 2023 R model ?

It's had hydraulic clutch since 2021.

The RS model is 8799, regular 23 R model is 9599.
