Running 3rd in moto 1 and his bike quit...
"A mechanical issue that was addressed, and it will be fixed %100 for the 2nd moto"

Somebody care to enlighten the masses?

One of the worse things you can do is to have a bike and let it sit around and not ride it. Just like a car and house, if you don't drive them or live in them they fall to shit. I'd say he had some bad gas in his bike, possibly left over from practicing for the sx season or maybe the knobs on his tires dry rotted and spun off. One can only speculate.

Or it was faulty fuel pump????....... But why not push a guy while he was down only to have him come back and put it on the box for those saying he was a washed up has been. Kudos to Davi for going back out in Moto 2 and not only finishing well but putting it on the box when things werent looking good for the expert Forum talkers.

He impressed me for missing Nats since think what, Hangtown?

Good rides in both motos despite mechanicals in the first moto.

I wouldn't be surprised if Davi wins a moto at Southwick. he seems to go pretty well there.

Hey now, who do you think you are telling us "expert Forum talkers" what to think? It's not like you're fast enough to race in the pro class. Shoot, you're probably a sand bagger in the Beginner class. So, until you learn how to ride, STFU retard.

Let's see who bites on this one. hehe

Since no one wants Davi to get paid.....

...I'm gonna sit here and say Team Honda owes Davi 3rd place bonus money.

Incentive contracts?

Shit.......pay the kid, you fucked him outta a 3rd place Mr. Hondasaki.

Faulty fuel pumps at the pro level? What a joke.

Honda never had mechanical failures back in the day. Have you seen McGrath, Bayle, Bailey, Johnson DNF because of an engine failure? I can't remember such things.
Great job Davi but Honda is not what it used to be.

Yes, I have...Johnson had a DNF at Lake sugar tree in 87 I believe. ...If it's mechanical, it's going to break. That's the downside of EFI

RJ had a DNF in the 1988 250 Nationals. The DNF knocked RJ out of contention.

You should try minding your own business. Don't talk about brother Rat, he's a better person than you will ever be.
How about instead of calling this GuyB person a name I call you one. Asshole

Not bad, not bad at all. You could have included a smartass jab about me being too stupid to know what a fuel pump even was. Go play handjob with your Brother

Wow, One person seen that as sarcasm. These waters are so over fished, there is barely a place to sit. It seems everybody is on the edge.

Not on edge bud just trying to set facts straight when sometimes fishing goes wrong!! We know there are a lot of computer Pro Racers out there and feel its unfair how Davi has gotten the shit end of the stick when he got hurt with everyone stomping on his head while he was drowning basically. Im just glad he bounced back and proved all those who thought otherwise wrong.

I saw him ride slowly by, and he seemed to motion to the gas tank as he putted by.

My guess is that it was a fuel pump, and that it has happened before (which is why he seemed to know what it was).
