Is there an official start time? I keep looking at the live timing for it to start.

The powers-to-be in Supercross should be embarrassed that a random guy with a podcast can get together a higher purse than a gigantic corporation.

Steve made a goof, goes down at 2pm MST, not CST. 70 minutes from the time of my post.

Great job by Steve. Yes, it is a BAD look for Feld.

What's Steve's overhead? Did he pay to rent the stadium? Did he pay to get the track built? What about the costs to run the stadium?

No doubt he's doing a great thing, but it wouldn't be possible if it weren't for Feld allowing it to happen.

I'm curious what the percentage pie is for the $112,000. How many random fans, companies, mx companies, etc, contributed to this amount?

Great job by the way!!!

I'm quite sure Feld can afford higher purses. They could even raise it from other sponsors, like Steve did, but they choose not to.

Hell they should raffle a bike or two and distribute the funds at end of series

You're quite sure? After the last couple of years, I wouldn't be suprised if Feld lost money.

When's the last time a supercross stadium was sold out?

Raising funds from sponsors isn't exactly easy. In order for sponsors to write a check, it has to make financial sense to them. If there's little to no ROI for them, they won't part ways with their cash. There must me a good reason why we don't see a bunch of new sponsors knocking at Feld's door looking at joining Supercross.

since 22nd gets paid more than 21st, do we see the last 2 riders just stop and see who can wait the longest?

It's being funded by a bike raffle.

The last two riders probably won't be on the track to decide. #deathcross

I think everyone in the race wins! Great opportunity for the privateers.

If someone fast get away from the Mayham, I am not sure the race is long enough for Chisholm,or Breece to catch up. Or a big yard sale in the first corner, Breece or Chisholm could enter the first corner in last, come out in the top 5 or 10.
