These guys are riding on the edge and sometimes things don't always go as planned. I don't think he expected Mook to turn down right there and with the speed he came in at the options were few. But, Mook had plenty of room for an out just like JA had to early when Mook went under him.
So 50/50. I don't care about the shove. Mook's frustrated from a few undesirable outcomes recently and as a Mook fan I get it. I think in that moment your adrenaline spikes and thinking is just focused to get back on the bike.
Throw in a little WTF and your less likely to go around someone vs through someone.
Remember JS landing on the back of RC and RC throwing JS's bike off and away after the crash? Classic!

That was 100% racing lines crossing.

This track had several turns where lines crossed including the turn right before the finish line that took out several riders

Its amazing that somehow Anderson doesn't get into Eli (and vice versa) like Anderson and Mookie seem to find each other frequently. Hmmm....

Mookie did not turn down, he was in the main line, JA jumped across him crossing 2 ruts, it was never going to work.

The behind view doesn’t look bad. The view where someone is in the corner, looks like he sawed off his tire. Mookie owes him one, and I hope it’s in Vegas. Ask great champions, making enemies on the track isn’t a good way to try and win another championship.

Eli was smart enough to not give Jason the chance to do something silly in the 3rd race. I have a feeling though that if you ever got ET3 mad enough to bring some payback it wouldn't be pretty for the recipient.
