OK, let's re-define the question. How about, "among obvious title contenders," who's most in danger? The list would be guys who have won, won titles before, or have displayed obvious race-winning speed and form. Clearly Adam Enticknap is a great dude, but he's not part of that group.

I'm saying Ferrandis is the most in "danger." That guy should be much closer to the podium by now, given his experience and credentials. Webb is looking shaky, but I'll be very surprised if he doesn't figure out his formula my the midpoint of the season. I expect some more podiums and at least one win from him.
I'm not 100% sure I'd even put Marvin in the "obvious title contender" category anymore. He is still a threat to win a race someday, but we may have already seen his last one. I like the guy, he's legit, but his competition has risen around him like the sea.
I don't think Barcia will win, nor do I think Mookie will. I'd really like to see both those guys do it, though. I classify those guys in the same place as Musquin; not quite title contenders, but threats to win on any night.
