Yesterday we lost a really Big Hearted Soul by the name of Dave Brosuis. He has been a really good friend for so many years but not just me but so many others. He has announced everything from WORCS, Endurocross to MX races all over the Southwest and even been heard on some SX and Nationals in the past. Was a great school teacher but his biggest achievement was being a Great Husband, Father and recently he had become a Grandfather. I can say for myself it’s a very dark day. We did so much together over the years and I will always remember that. God Speed Dave and I will always Love you and our friendship.

Dave was a prince of a guy. I got to know him in the 90's at Mtn View MX in Tucson as well as at Ocotillo in Eloy. He was a great guy. I used to race my '79 CR250R in the vet class and he would walk around in the pits from time and stop to say hi to me to talk. He gave me a lot of welcome advise. What a shame . My prayers to his family . RIP Dave .

His name was spelled Brosius, not Brosuis.

So sad to hear this. Dave was an exceptional man, I always enjoyed seeing him. He was very thoughtful and always creating good for others. Dave was a great announcer, he always knew little details about every rider which made him really interesting to listen to. Prayers for him and his family from the Fasst Co crew.

Saddened to hear of Dave's passing. Dave was full of love and life and always had a huge smile and a firm handshake every time we crossed paths. He was one of those larger than life people that left and impression on everyone he met. Rest easy, Dave - and love and comfort to his friends and family.
