Did they race the 50’s earlier this week or something? Usually the big break is between the LCQ’s and Mains. JT this week it was a huge gap between the last heat and LCQs.

Record the race and start it 45 mins late, fast foreward through all the commercials and you end up live for the 250 main. Been doing this for last couple years and it works really well.

Those socks suck ass. They’re literally the hardest compression socks to get on and off that I own. The open toed peach colored ones from Walgreens are way better. The standard copper fit ones with the purple stripes on the foot aren’t bad though.

This is how I do it too.... 1 hr then click play, skip anything not racing, and be live for the 450 main....
