Pit Row
This would make zero sense if he hasn’t something lined up for coming season.
KTM probably wants another rider on the bike, there aren’t allot of guys free to move over last minute. Mewse is still on KTM, they have a relationship before and mayby after some talks he has an offer for a 1 year deal/shot.
It’s a gamble for both side, but it’s a gamble either way wich guy KTM is picking up. There is no proven contender on the market.
Mewse can do it, has show it sometimes so..
Or I I’m completely wrong and Mewse is looking a ride and gets some fill in rides here en there and his full time GP career is history.
The GP Paddock struggled with the Roczen/Herlings syndrom IMO, both guys where in GPs with 15 and winning straight off the bed GPs and shortly after titles. Everybody looked up to that and wanted to go that same direction and the new wave. Mewse and Pootjes where short after that wave and where dropped in the deep pool by KTM/Husky, with the thought they could go the same way.
Not everybody is the same and as special as Roczen/Herlings where at that time.
Luckily enough you see riders and team taking more care off this now and spending more time in EMX.
For sure they are still under the shock for the loss, and as long as I can remember they are not used to have fill-in riders.
