scammer got me for $1800 saying he had suspension complete liar i have screenshots they just wont upload right now his name vital name was Henreff told me to contact golddust880@gmail.com and they just screwed me over

I assume you didn't pay the paypal fee? That sucks man, I always try and use PayPal with the buyer protection especially when its someone I have never seen post before.

His account got locked when his name first came up, so he won't be able to message people.

That said, if he contacted you before that was done there's norhing stopping him from continuing the conversation since you exchanged emails.

I'm no IT guy but any way to find the ip address of the guy that scammed harrisong99 an block the IP address, again I have no clue about computers but loosing 1800 bucks fucking sucks, gotta be the same person hitting the wtb ads its gotten ridiculous

Different IP address with each new account he creates. They've pinged in Massachusetts, California, other States, and one of them Nigeria.

Is there any way of only enabling bazaar posts after a certain time signed up or preferably only after 100 posts?

If you don't know the seller, strike up a conversation and ask about the product..... got to admit, I nearly got taken by this guy a while back.

He targets people who make want to buy posts.

He never posts himself.


How you stop him or slow him down is to make the sale forum locked until you reach 100 posts just as you said.

He wouldn’t even be able to access that section and he’d then have to go through with making 100 posts slowing him down and maybe allowing us to have a clue he’s full of shit.


But besides that we’ve done nothing!

If you paid with a bank card, for example a debit card issued through your bank, contact them and open a claim. I have had luck with that in the past.

It would take almost no effort to make a minimum post requirement to view the sale section and would cut this down a bit.

I agree, this is the absolute bare minimum effort we’re talking here for a webmaster. The sheer incompetence from the people that own this place blows my mind as to how it’s still running some times.

Also like Seth said: Don’t want to post a price? A picture? A location?

Vital isn’t a silent auction and we aren’t mind readers. Post a goddamn price like an adult.

I don't have anything to do with the background stuff, but I agree that something needs to be done. I've messaged them about it before and I believe they took notes.

I do know that changes to the forum are coming. As for what they are and when they'll be introduced, I'm not sure.

Earlier this year I was told that if everything went well that it should be introduced by the end of the year. We're in December and no changes have been made.

Maybe it'll be done at the end of the month for the new year?

I got the same email. I had a post looking for a PC TI-2 silencer for my bike (05 CR250). Henreff message me and said to contact golddust1880. I knew it was a scam so I didn’t answer. He sent another email just saying “hello” so I asked him for pics and price. He sent me pics of a TI-2 (not the right silencer for my bike) and said the price was $250.

I told him that it’s not the right one for my bike and he stopped emailing me.

Thank you brother, I appreciate the trust.
Getting ripped off is a horrible feeling, no matter the amount. But $1800 is hard to swallow. Hopefully he can get it back somehow.
