As I am sitting inside watching it snow and wondering how long it will be until I get to race again, I started watching old races on YouTube. I started thinking about how even the guy in 20th place would look like a superhero if he showed up at a local track. The depth of talent at the top is so deep. I got to thinking about who is the greatest and most accomplished rider in history to never win an AMA Pro Race. I’m thinking it is probably Weston Peick. Can anyone think of someone else in that category that can rival him?

Might be a winner.
Burnworth is also good. Bunch of 2nd, 3rd overalls. Too bad the vault doesn't have moto scores.

(Edit: Note that Gibson won GPs. I know that's not the OP's criteria but if you won on the world championship tour you tasted victory at the top)
I mean he won a championship. But never actually won a race that season didn't he?
