OBVIOUSLY, when he was going into the right hand turn he hit a braking bump too fast which put too much forward momentum into his left shoulder which then caused him to panic rev the bike while panic braking both the front and rear brakes. Then, as he was landing on the ground from said braking bump his suspension compressed which caused it to then act like a compressed spring. Then, almost immediately, the compressed spring sprung itself upward and basically "seat bounced" him upwards. Combine this with the centrifugal force created by Davalos going by him at a high rate of speed and voila, instant endo.
You obviously don't ride or you'd know that. Geeze.
I saw her too. But I thought she looks like she is thinking "Neat trick!".
