My point is for a southeastern national, something central to the southeast would make a lot of sense.
Florida isn’t accessible in any direction without having to drive through another southeastern state anyway. I think south central AL or northern FL makes a lot of sense.
The drive from the north end of FL to the South end of FL is almost twice that of Washington State.
There’s people in Alabama (southerners) that are closer to Bed Bud than they are Orlando.
For being accessible by fans, something in central AL, or even MS makes sense.
