Any chance the Pro Nationals return to the South anytime soon?

Isolated? Pretty much everywhere in FL is within an hour from a major international airport….
Quite a haul? And Washougal and Unadilla aren’t? Majority of the riders are already in FL…
I didn’t say that washugal wasn’t a haul, where are you getting that I said that?

My point is for a southeastern national, something central to the southeast would make a lot of sense.

Florida isn’t accessible in any direction without having to drive through another southeastern state anyway. I think south central AL or northern FL makes a lot of sense.
The drive from the north end of FL to the South end of FL is almost twice that of Washington State.

There’s people in Alabama (southerners) that are closer to Bed Bud than they are Orlando.

For being accessible by fans, something in central AL, or even MS makes sense.

I am up north but definitely think the southern guys deserve more then they get. I think a round down south being round 1 or round 2 would work out great.
I know the industry prefers Pala I’m sure.

If monster can get the parking/ space opened up, they'll have national one day. But unfortunately they are limited to what they have. Monster is one hell of a facility.

This facility thing is a bit over rated IMO. Races have anything they need brought in on a truck. A good track is more important IMO.

The South is going to Secede and have their own Series soon anyway.

Yes! Voice of the people. We’d love another national down here. We got screwed this year, but in these crazy times, I’m just happy to have the Nats running.

Ghost for president.

We had Muddy Creek for a handful of years, I went twice and enjoyed it but I kept hearing the riders complained the track was too narrow. I thought the facilities and promoter did well there, the track was always prime compared to some of the others I've seen this season were they've let it dry out and get dusty.

I thought Monster Mtn was set to hold a national then that rumor died a year or so ago....
Muddy creek sucks.

Not a bad seat in the house at Muddy Creek.

Hear me out. I think Club MX is making a push to hold a National one day.
Tons of parking
Close to major airport (Charlotte, NC)
Awesome track and great dirt.

They could even combine the sand track and National to have one dynamic track!

The south sucks, so nah.

Who wants to race in a place where swamp ass is a fragrance that everyone wears every single day?

Why must we wait until the Supercross series is over to start the AMA Outdoor Nationals? Who made that decision? In the 1980's and 1990's you had the Atlanta Supercross, the Gainesville Outdoor National, and the Daytona Supercross in THREE consecutive weekends.

Top 4 states motocross bike sales should dictate races in CA, TX, PA and FL.

From 1976-1982 the last National of the year was always held at Sunshine Speedway in St. Pete, FL. So, having a race late in the season in Florida is not new and was the norm. Two 45 minute plus 2 lap motos in August.

You can wake up and ride at 8-10 am. The pro nationals are from 1-5, the hottest time of the day.
