I think he just said that the google play store has to approve it first, thats why us guys with androids are not able to get it yet from the play store. Hopefully they get it figured out pretty soon, my dickhead friend with an apple is already on bike 2 and keeps rubbing it in! Haha
Same here...he did let me try it

Thumbs down me all you want, it’s their business model that turned me off. I mean $4.99 per WEEK to get rid of ads? $260 per year to not have ads on a mobile game, that’s the equivalent of buying 4 console games every year. They make a fun game and deserve to be paid for their work, but their pricing is getting ridiculous and the ongoing subscription model is just a joke. There should be a way to just pay once to remove ads like in MSM2, although in MSM2 it didn’t really remove them. It just relocated from between the loading screens to billboards on the track. Their pricing has just become unrealistic for a console game, let alone a mobile game. Sadly, I feel they’re losing touch with reality. I wish them nothing but the best, but the mobile gaming market is flooded with other MX games to waste time with. For perspective, Peacock, with actual live MX/SX qualifying and racing is $5 per MONTH; meanwhile just removing ads from MSM3 is $5 per WEEK. Laughing

I agree, the pricing per week is plain ridiculous. It’s turned me off it.

Thanks for your feedback. Pricing is subject to change. What price do you think is fair for the Pro Pass? We would love your honest feedback here. Keep in mind the Pro Pass isn't just to remove ads. It gives you $15 worth of gold every week and unlocks almost every customizable option (except for ones that have to be earned).

We are currently discussing a separate remove ad purchase. We are very open to feedback and will likely be making many changes in the near future. I totally understand where you are coming from and will be discussing this with the team. Thanks again for the input!

It would be great to have a one time purchase to remove ads only. $10? Then have other options for the 2x XP, extra gold etc.

A separate remove ad would be great, just $5-$10 up front, no subscription. As for Pro Pass, I really can’t see more than $9.99/mo, and that’s pushing it. I know you get “$15 of gold” every week, but that’s just a short cut to unlocking content that can be earned by playing the game. I think in addition to the Pro Pass, everything within Pro Pass should be available for individual purchase, a la carte style. I’m just not a fan of the subscription model, especially at the current price point.

I’m doing my best to look at this from both sides. As with most games, to be competitive you have to either earn or buy the good stuff, I get that. However, I feel the price to buy content should be equal to the effort required to earn the content. I don’t feel that’s the case with your current pricing. For example, I priced the Gold earlier, and the biggest pack was $50 for 2500 Gold. Bike 7 is like 5,400 gold, so that’s over $100 just to buy Bike 7. However, with the way the game is set up, the player also has to get bikes 2-6 so that’s even more Gold that has to be purchased or earned. I hope you can see where I’m coming from. Assuming you have Bike 6, do you honestly feel $100(5,400 Gold) is a fair price to ask for Bike 7? You guys have a great game, and I know you work hard constantly pumping out new tracks and content and like I said you all deserve to make a good profit, but I’m just confused how you came up with the price points.

Thanks for the details. This really is helpful to us. I mean that... It's not some canned response to make you feel good.

We are waiting a bit to gather other feedback and data before making any huge changes. But chances are good these things you bring up will change in your favor.

As for $100 for bike 7 thing. Because we allow players to earn gold in many different ways (achievements, ranking up, daily goals, watching ads) the cost is lower. If we had no way to earn gold other than purchase it then yes that would be too expensive. But in practice most players will have a decent amount from playing and just need a little extra to reach that bike so maybe they drop $20 to make up the difference.

Pricing aside let me know how you like the game. If that's the only complaint I think we can figure out a solution to make players happy.

On the bike customisation side, would be good if handle bar colour was handlebar only and the front fender is with the plastics colour section, fork guards with that too rather than suspension colour also.

I think MSM 3 is fun, I’ve played it more than I should have this morning, but I agree with the feeling on the ads. I feel like I’m spending as much time ignoring the forced ads than I am playing the actual game, which is already hurting my interest in the game.

We are testing different ad frequencies so you might have been put in a group with higher frequencies. This will surely be getting toned down in the future. Thanks for the feedback.

Unsure. Waiting on Google and we have no ETA on when it will be approved. You can grab it on iOS now if you have an iOS device.

When will be able to play friends again in versus mode? I don’t see that option.

I got to be honest... When i purchased the subscription, i did not immediately realize that price was PER WEEK?
I have already paid it, but will most likely cancel after the first week is up. I don't mind paying something but $20.00 per month on a new game feels a little like gouging...

From what I played, I like the game and it seems like a great successor to MSM2. One thing I’ve noticed is that the reset button doesn’t seem as instantaneous as in MSM2. Not sure if this is by design or not, because I have accidentally hit the button while on a hot lap in MSM2 and it was frustrating to say the least.

Back to the bike prices, I was thinking and I believe I found the flaw in your pricing(in my opinion). It appears that since each bike is better than the last, you guys have priced each bike more expensive than the last. This makes perfect sense, EXCEPT for the fact that you also have to obtain the slower bikes before you can purchase the faster bikes. I think I have a pricing model that might be better for everyone, so I’m interested to hear your take. I’m not suggesting these prices, these are just rough numbers to give an example of how it would work.

So you have two ways to upgrade your bike:

Option 1: Buy a bike for Bike Number times $3. Bike 2 would cost $6, Bike 3 would cost $9, Bike 4 would cost $12 and so on… HOWEVER, there would be no requirement to own the previous bike number. You could just purchase Bike 7 straight away for $21.

Option 2: Pay a flat $5 to upgrade to the next bike. If a player went this route, Bike 2 for $5, Bike 3 for another $5 and so on, by the time they got to Bike 7, it would’ve cost them $30, however for the additional $9 difference they would now have all the bikes as opposed to just Bike 7.

Again, this is just rough numbers, but hopefully a model that would work for you guys as well as the players. Thoughts?

The pricing model in MSM3 is the same in MSM2 except now you buy them with currency. In MSM2 you also had to buy the bikes in order and the next was better than the last. I don't think that will change, but we might adjust pricing of them.

I'd prefer to just have a price to remove ads, I don't mind earning the bikes and all that assuming it doesn't take an insane amount of playing to bump to each one. A one time $20 fee would be good on my end but I'm sure the ad revenue is pretty high on your end. It's just super annoying watching the videos so that alone would make me play way less. The game so far is super fun and I did noticed the reset button seems to lag a bit as well. Otherwise it all seems on point.

Wait a $5 a week subscription to get rid of ads? Well i was disappointed it's not available in Australia. But if that's the case it's a hard pass for me anyway. Loved Mad Skills Motocross 2. Would have thought it would be similar way to get rid of ads. I dont game enough on mobile to justify that much money... Or time wasted watching ads.

Hopefully fixed by the time it's available here though. Im not throwing real cash at a game to unlock bikes and get rid of ads. I'll buy the game. Or pay a one off fee to get it unlocked. That's fine. But not pay a weekly fee to remove ads and then drop 20 bucks to unlock a bike etc.

Thank you for the effort you put into this game. It is appreciated by many.
We appreciate that! We just hope everyone enjoys it! If anyone has any feedback (positive or negative) please leave it here and I'll pass it on.
Having to let off the gas on Android after a restart and then press again just kills all the momentum of finding a groove or trying to nail a beginning section of a track. I've brought this up in the discord multiple times but to no avail...

I have an IPad Air with the latest software. I can get to the main menu but the game then immediately crashes back to the home screen. Have tried rebooting the IPad but nothing has worked. It says in the App Store it is compatible with my iPad but so far no luck getting it to start.
Try deleting and reinstalling and see if that helps. Are you full on disk space? If so try and clear up some space.
Still doesn’t work. I have 80gb of space available. I reinstalled and it either crashes on game startup or trying to access the setup menu.
No worries. Just thought I would report it to you.

So far, I've really enjoyed the game. Not too tough to adapt to coming from MSM2, but still feels very fresh. Looks like getting through the series and upgrading the bikes will be a grind, but I don't mind.

Game is fine. Ads can fuck right off. Do you not make enough money from in-app purchases?
So i go a give the pro-pack a try to get rid of the adds $7.50AUD PER FUCKEN WEEK?!

The audacity. Let me pay $20 for the game and tempt me with in-app purchases but those ads are fucking horrible.

$390 a year, who passed that at the board meeting. Pinch

Game will wear off real quick and find itself uninstalled if i have to sit through cheap nasty shit ads every 2nd race.

If i search the play store it doesn't show up. Search on google. Click the link it says not available in this country. Tried last night. Again this morning. And just now. Still not available.

To me atleast. Facebook page indicates they're having issues with it too.
