I could be wrong but I thought Blake had a lot of money invested in the heavy equipment too. I'm thinking a) sale price includes equipment, b) some heavy equipment is imminently going up for sale, or c) this is all BS and he ain't selling anything.
I remember Seeing a D9 and 349 excavator amongst other equipment in videos. That’s mass earthmoving stuff, not moto track building/maintenance. Insane overkill, even if his goal is to constantly change up the track.

The d9 and 349 combined have an initial acquisition cost in the 7 figures, A retirement amount of money. Obviously you need equipment to maintain a track, but purchasing that size equipment is a bad idea if you’re not billing it out everyday. Maybe he is billing it somehow? Otherwise it would be better to rent the large equipment for initial construction and/or major changes....or pay a professional track builder.

I'm pretty certain that he bought all of the earth moving equipment used. Which, I know still comes with a heavy price tag, but much much cheaper than new.

I asked my dad to buy it and he said no son, you're 24 years old and still live at home, get a job. Funny thing is I have a full time + benefits job driving for Uber. Anyways I'm looking for a new dad with turn key moto property buying money.
Hahaha Laughing

Reminds me of and old Team Smitty motocross cartoon from cyclenews where Smitty is very envious of little Junior and his boozin Rich Dad.

I have to dig it up when I have time, it's a classic. Grinning

Anyone got an update on the ranch? Was it sold?

I’m guessing he sells it to developers. The Villages, which is the biggest retirement community (in the world?) in Florida, is creeping South and they’re coming for his ranch. If you look at the picture in the link, “Area B” is posted over top of his ranch.
