To answer your question, not sure, since Pierer does not own KTM bicycles.
Yamaha engines on these, btw, from what I heard...

These are produced by KTM Motorsports. Nothing to do with KTM bicycles. When these come to NA in 2022 the word is they will have the new Bosch motor. They will be found in dealerships that sell GAS GAS motorcycles.

They're insanely fun, and add more of the good part of riding, while taking away a bunch of the suffering.

It's branding... probably developed and made by another manufacturer possibly with higher or lower end components. The electric movement is switched on.

E bikes are awesome. Every Pro rider I know owns one and uses it a LOT.

My regular mountain bike has not seen much use since I got a LEVO

Pull your head out and maybe try one, your tune will change very quickly.

I think they are actually Yamaha's - at least they use a Yamaha MTB motor I believe...

Correct. The Husqvarna bicycles arrive next month with a soft roll out because of limited quantities. Pexco E-bikes is owned 100% by Pierer Mobility. Part of the KTM Group. Pexco is the German company that develops the E-bikes.
