Sup, gang.

So can’t really find any VP dealers between SLC and Ogden.

A few places can get Sunoco but I wanted to hear personal experience first with something Sunoco oxygenated, leaded and ethanol free.

There is no Sunoco that’s ethanol free. They pride themselves on their ethanol blend fuel.

If you’re lookin for leaded fuel, have you tried seeking out renegade pro 110+?

Not sure where Sunoco Surge 105 lands in with your requests. But that is the spec for National Snocross and it is not bad fuel. The sleds are specifically tuned form the race departments for that fuel. I run the leftover fuel in my dirt bikes and its great

I saw that, just doesn’t appear to be oxygenated.

I could order VP to my house, but if I can get a deal on something else local I’m down.

Are you sure? I run Sunoco GTX, and it's ethanol free and unleaded. I think 98 octane as well. My YZ250F seems to like it and it stores well.

If you want leaded and ethanol free, Sunoco Standard 110 fits the bill, but it's not oxygenated.

None of the sunoco oxygenated fuels are alcohol free.

They swapped from MTBE to ethanol years ago.

Sunoco make plenty of non oxygen fuels, leaded and unleaded. The 260 gtx is a prime example of unleaded ethanol free.

Leaded will the valve seats on a modern day 4 stroke even survive leaded fuel?

You have it backwards. Virtually everything with valve seats since 1973 has hardened seats.

Hardened seats dont care if you are running lead or not. The lead simply acted as lubrication for the earlier unhardened seats.
