I would think he still has the stamp for the pipe. If not ask how much for a stamp to be made, then what is the minimum he would build for you and he would still own the stamp. Or you could own the stamp and your in the CR125 pipe sales business all of a sudden. It's only money.

bills Facebook site posted they are in the process of making pipes for the 02-03 Cr125 with other years coming up... I just don’t get it... why wouldn’t you just blow out 10 pipes at 250-350 each... your going to sell every one of them...

15 years ago the stamp was $1200.00, if I owned it. The stamped pieces were $100.00, labor to put them together was $130.00.
That's not with the price of the nice silencer, just a functional silencer. Then there is shipping cost. AND... You had to have the pipe to make the stamp from.
My first order was for 125 pipes. The exhaust sold for retail $325.00
However, you go to Taiwann and source out the exhaust the cost was much less per unit. You just needed to buy minimum 500 units.
10 pipes and maybe 900.00 profit. And you sell every one of them.
You still have to pay for the time and materials it takes to box, create a invoice , the credit card fees. etc.

Sorry I’m not selling because I have an entire 1994 HRC works RC125 I’m building right now, sorry if I got your hopes up, I was showing that there are some pipes out there. A while back I also talked to Bill at Bills pipes and he does not want to make anymore and he does not have the die’s anyway! The die’s cost anywhere for $10000 to $20000. So there not cheap and you have to have allot of pipes to make!

I find is funny that when I didn’t put up pictures of what I have everyone would bitch and complain that they wanted to see my stuff. When I do then I’m a jerk for it. I guess I’ll just quit show the stuff, it’s not doing me any good.

Sorry, but that one, especially after the OP who has been searching for months asked other members to move on from his thread if they didn't have what he was looking for and READY TO SELL, just felt like a big "fuck you, I got one and you don't" to him and other who are desperately looking for one.

Perfectly fine to me if you do it in your own build thread, I'll be the first to ask for more. It just looks like you are trying to hi-jack others post and it works because of you have some amazing stuff.

Cheers to a cold one 🍻

Well it is an open forum, people put stuff up all the time. I guess I’m getting a ticket from the open forum police!😃
I get stuff all the time on forum that I started, but it is what it is. Open!

Just took a look and unfortunately the pipe appears to be for a KX. Sorry for the false alarm.
Purging the garage today and I found a box I wasn’t too sure what was in it. Turns out it had a nickel plated Bill’s Pipe for 90-97 CR125. Let me know if you’re interested.

I also asked Bills recently via email about 92-97 CR125 pipes and they said no. Shame as they would get so many sales straight off!

That really great! I’m happy for you now!! I had to wait years and years for certain parts I have, so I know the feeling can be like “ man I’m never going to find one” but usually what happens to me is just when I basically give up , the dam thing shows up! Funny that way !!!! SUPER are you going to keep it nickel or strip it?

Pretty sure nino did a review, how extensive I’m not sure but he seemed to be all for the messico being the best. Maybe he can chime in if he’s active on these forums. I know he goes over this and the power valve mod extensively on the thumper forums.

Most likely strip it and give it the "Works" look as that's what Doug was running in '94...Do you know of anymore silencers like the Lammy one you have, maybe the guy you bought from has more??? That is what I'm on the hunt for now!!! LMK, thx Jon

I’m sorry that silencer I got was the only one I’ve seen, if you could find a regular Bill’s silencer, you could make one similar.

Last time I checked Bills still sold the silencers. I will say a KTM/Husky 125 silencer fits with very little modification. I am running one of my extra PC KTM silencers on my 96 CR125.........
