I hate to send it back again.
I am waiting for the release of the pipe co. own (PIM) so I can reprogram it myself but at this point am just trying to get this with someone that knows what they are doing.

I had a CRF450 that I did and customer plugged a couple of wires in the wrong spot. Double check the colors of the wires to corresponding plugs on anything you touched.
The dealership thought it was a bad crank sensor so we waited for two weeks to get a new one, put it in, apparently it fired and died again.
No spark.
Kill switch, stator, ECU, plug, coil, etc?

EFI is not that complicated to figure out, any decent tech should be able to find the issue and fix it in a relativly short amount of time. Waiting on parts is normally the most time concuming thing.
There are only a couple inputs that the ECM needs to tell the spark plug to spark. Some inputs just tell the ECM to alter pulse injector width or spark timing as in degrees from TDCC (TPS). So if you are not getting spark it has to do with one of the sensors that tells the ECM to fire the plug such as the crank position sensor. If the bike runs but breaks up or doesnt seem to pull all the way through, it most likely has to do with one of the other sensors.
From what it seems like to me just reading your thread, you most likely have an issue with your stator not generating the electricity needed to spark. Your EFI componants are most likely good especially since you have replaced everything, it sounds like. The sensors are telling the spark plug to spark but there is no juice for it to fire.
But the dealership techs should know this. EFI is not a black art, and not that complicated. It is true that you cannot really test the sensors the way we would like to, but process of elimination and knowledge of how EFI works should allow a tech to diagnose the issue in a reasonable time frame.
I tend to agree with you. Supposedly, there is something more to this where Suzuki has gotten involved and they are all baffled by this. They have gotten it started but it runs badly.
I will keep this updated.
A bad connection from the ECM/Wire harness plug. It was baffling to all involved because it gave out false readings to the tech guys who were sending the readings to Suzuki. While the ECM had been switched out it was put back in with a new new wire harness when it was determined not be the problem. Mostly the problem stemmed from and of the local dealers not having any parts or other bikes to switch parts back and forth. The good news is no charges to me. I retract my previous affection for EFI.
