White people used to own slaves. Just because something was a thing a long time ago it doesn't make it right.

Just sayin..
People of all colors have owned slaves. Still do, and it still isn't right.

I remember picking those as a kid while walking to school. They'd just hang over peoples walls in So Cal.

As a reminder of how far we've come as a society, "Thank You" was on Led Zeppelin II released in 1969 not 1975. I guess it goes to show how in 2020 truth and facts and reality don't matter if it doesn't serve a narrative with a simple meme. In 1969 Led Zeppelin didn't have a song in the US top 100. The number 1 song that year was Sugar, Sugar by The Archie's, not exactly high art.

Sugar, ah honey honey
You are my candy girl
And you got me wanting you
Honey, ah sugar sugar
You are my candy girl
And you've got me wanting you
I just can't believe the loveliness of loving you
(I just can't believe it's true)
I just can't believe the one to love this feeling to
(I just can't believe it's true)
Ah sugar, ah honey honey
You are my candy girl
And you've got me wanting you
Ah honey, ah sugar sugar
You are my candy girl
And you've got me wanting you
When I kissed you, girl, I knew how sweet a kiss could be
(I know how sweet a kiss can be)
Like the summer sunshine pour your sweetness over me
(Pour your sweetness over me)
Oh sugar, pour a little sugar on it honey
Pour a little sugar on it baby
I'm gonna make your life so sweet, yeah yeah yeah
Pour…

Number 1 song of 2012 Gotye "Somebody that I used to know"
Now and then I think of when we were together
Like when you said you felt so happy you could die
Told myself that you were right for me
But felt so lonely in your company
But that was love and it's an ache I still remember
You can get addicted to a certain kind of sadness
Like resignation to the end, always the end
So when we found that we could not make sense
Well you said that we would still be friends
But I'll admit that I was glad it was over
But you didn't have to cut me off
Make out like it never happened and that we were nothing
And I don't even need your love
But you treat me like a stranger and that feels so rough
No, you didn't have to stoop so low
Have your friends collect your records and then change your number
I guess that I don't need that though
Now you're just somebody that I used to know
Now you're just somebody that I used to know
Now you're just somebody that I used to know
Now and then I think of all the times you screwed me over
But had me believing it was always something that I'd done
But I don't wanna live that way
Reading into every word you say
You said that you could let it go
And I wouldn't catch you hung up on somebody that you used to know
But you didn't have to cut me off
Make out like it never happened and that we were nothing
And I don't even need your love
But you treat me like a stranger and that feels so rough
No, you didn't have to stoop so low
Have your friends collect your records and then change your number
I guess that I don't need that though
Now you're just somebody that I used to know
Somebody (I used to know)
(Somebody) Now you're just somebody that I used to know
Somebody (I used to know)
(Somebody) Now you're just somebody that I used to know
I used to know, that I used to know, I used to know somebody

early, careful now.

You don't want to pull people's heads out of the sand. It may disrupt the view of the perfectly granular world they prefer.

I'm confused....

The meme clearly says 1975.

Yeah but if early didn't correct the year, he would've had to use Captain and Tennille's "Love Will Keep Us Together" as the #1 hit of 1975, which would've been much more difficult since it is unarguably a masterpiece, and Goyte's shallow attempt at meaning would've paled in comparison, thereby proving your original point.

BOOM!

Don't hold much truth to TMZ but more then NewYork fake times and Daley mail.
Hope this is truth. Waiting for honest bias reporting from OAN

It’s reassuring to browse this forum and read that some people in this country still have morals and standards.

It's Texas, I'd believe it. Like Ron White says, "Other States are putting a moratorium on the Death Penalty, my State is putting in an Express Lane".

Yeah i cancelled our subscription too...even though in Switzerland i couldn’t find it. If they could’ve released it im sure they would have. My wife and i were not comfortable giving Netflix our money...that’s what it came down to.

Makes you wonder if the prosecutor will be indicted for showing this lewd material to the grand jury, or if the grand jury members will be charged with viewing it.

Or if they watched it at all.

Or if a justice system is necessary at all...
