He's the GOAT therefore he has the GOAT price tag. Is he the GOAT of brand ambassadors? I don't think so but he has to be up there and his credentials weigh in his compensation. Of course, I can see him making less than other ambassadors if the level of involvement and commitment is much more.

Just spit-balling here but maybe Suzuki sees the brand ambassador thing as a waste of money that they can throw towards the race team. I honestly still don’t associate RV, MC or Emig with the companies that they are an “ambassador” for.

Can’t say I’m that surprised. If he didn’t sell bikes for them winning all those races and titles, then he won’t be selling bikes for them now.

Whatever it cost, it’s likely not really making a definable or perceived gain. If you’re cutting or heavily managing costs, which Suzuki seem to be doing, then it’s not hard to imagine the bean counters putting a line through his initials.

Only problem is, triumph isn't cool now days, and their product is well behind their comp... Kinda like if RC were to endorse Buick....

When I bought my 18 rmz450, it had nothing to do with RC being the brand ambassador.

Ken Roczen on that 2017 Soaring Eagle Rmz450 in 2016 winning the championship had way more of an influence.

It showed that it was a competitive bike under the right guy.

Paying RC a ton of money to putt around and throw a couple whips wasn’t the smartest thing in my opinion.

Put that money into the race team Cool

His latest posts are definitely a Triumph commercial... logo in the corner of the screen, high quality (not cell phone) pics, drone footage of parked bikes in front of the Tetons... he's getting paid.

And RC doesn't want ANY of Shorty and his T700.... makes that Tiger look like Hodaka...

The Triumph 900 Rally Pro and the new Vstrom 1050 have both received good reviews by media outlets. I will say the T7 is bad ass and I’d love one. Way better looking then that butt friggin ugly 790. That pos looks like a bloated preying mantis.

let us all cut the crap and get right into it. Losing Travis Pastrana, Yoshi R&D & Ricky "the motherefin' Goat" Carmichael IN THE SPAN OF 365 DAYS is a such enormous achievement in the field of dumbfuckery that i don't know if anyone can surpass you. Where exactly is the added value of your work?
