I don't know what I like better, the way he manuals that double pinned or him laying it over in that rut.. Gotdammm he is a freak of nature on a dirt bike. I loved the 2011 Vegas race too. He busted out some huge combos and K-Dub followed in his steps until James lost it in the whoops. I'll try to find it later.

i was sitting right above where he crashed the first time on the on-off section.

he was on another planet that day/night. that jump he was doing after the big straight was to this day the gnarliest thing i've ever seen in person. it's too bad he wadded over the finish, that's one of those wrecks i look back on and think "that's one of the worst wrecks i've ever seen"

We were lucky, we got to see him do some things. Modern moto hasn’t seen anything like it. I’ve admired a lot of talent over the years. James is in a class by himself.

the fast young kids we have now still cant do what he did then. he was that special. this is a big part of what our sport is missing now. imagine if we had justin cooper and jett on 125s. insane or not?
