Decent elevation changes if I recall, I “played” the course once with my son and came up drunk....anyway, need about 1.8$ million out of you goons (no offense) (none taken!) Damn Gophers !!

What you do is weave the Mx track across and around the golf course. Then you could still operate the golf course part time while having a motocross track surrounded by perfect grass.

I’ve always wanted to see a Mx track with a clubhouse. Somewhere to get out of the heat, view of the track, hang out, maybe have lunch, clean up after. Also somewhere you could pit just the bike that was paved and covered would be nice.

Put in an offer for 1.9, but tell 'em they're gonna need to throw in a few alligators for the ponds.
