There's a company here that got custom 112 stroker cranks made by VHM in Europe..but the crank alone is $1500.
With the Aussie dollar climbing up against the greenback at the moment, the time will soon be ripe to order the 105 kit and the fmf exhaust from the states.
Gonna keep it within reason..so just the 105 kit, the exhaust system , a revalve both ends and a stiffer shock spring.
Then is all about getting out there and living the dream 😛
The only time RC is 5'6" is when he is wearing 2" platform shoes.

Woo hoo! It's finished at last!
Mods...ktm 105 kit, FMF 105big bore pipe and silencer, Renthal bars, RK light weight xring chain, hammerhead 20mm longer shift lever ,RaceTech progressive shock spring, RaceTech shock bladder kit,shock and fork revalved for my weight.
Can't wait to ride it...it will be a couple of weeks though...

But nothing, and I mean Nothing , can ever convince me that an Adult, of non Munchkin size, should ever get near a Minicycle / Supermini.

It's just a way to really, Really Axe yourself; usually, in a Big way Whistling

I've seen / known of so many blokes do serious damage to themselves on little bikes, over so many decades.

Have fun, but please be bloody careful. You've got Adult sized bikes to ride - which where the real fun is.

🤣🤣🤣 I am a munchkin! This is the first bike I've had since my 77 Elsinore 125 that I've been able to touch the ground with my feet when I'm sitting on it!

So the moto industry's "one size fits all" solution is the safe route? I'd bet money there's a statistic out there that shows as your height increases or decreases away from 5'11", your risk of crashing increases.

Not gonna lie. I’m a tad over 5’8. When my son was on 85’s 6-7 years ago I would jump on his bike to warm it up for him. Sometimes I’d take it out on the track and burn a couple laps on it. Was a blast! If I had the funds I’d def build me a supermini to go cut up on! But like mentioned be careful. It’s really easy to get to far over the front or back of the bike and screw up. And outside lines all day! Haha

Well I guess I'm gonna find out pretty soon.. Ive never ridden a imini bike.
Im a Yamaha guy, but having checked out the current big wheel Yam, back to back with the KTM, the KTM is just physically bigger. Im 5 foot 6 and about 70kg. Its set up for my weight and its pretty stiff now..
Yeah I reckon that its the much shorter wheel base than a full size bike plus the smaller wheels that will take some getting used to..but I'm looking forward to it!

That's a huge issue that guys have when they build up a mini or a supermini. They don't always get the suspension stiff enough to stop the excessive front to back pitch from our added size and weight. Most the crashes I've seen with adult big bike riders on minis is that. Look at everyone on pit bike and even bmx bikes. Big guys ride those just fine.

Yeah good point...getting the suspension done was job number 1.
It seems plenty stiff enough, compared to how it was stock, it's massively stiffer.
I have just set sag and adjusted clickers and air pressure til it feels right, but I will know after riding it.
I noticed that the rebound adjuster on the shock has a massive effect on compression..I mean that's how it is on most bikes, but it just struck me as being way more effect than on my Yamaha's..
