2017 Crf won't stop popping

Vital i need your help.
I rebuilt the top end in my bike. Pretty standard deal. But after assembling everything the bike would only start with the "choke" lever pulled out.
And once started its just pops on idle and pops when i give any throttle.

So far I have.
-Changed exhaust back to stock
-Checked timing
-Cleaned fuel injector using a 12v battery method
-Checked electrical connectors I disconnected and cleaned them

Any other suggestions would be great! Or a general direction I should be pointed in thank you

Edit: I forgot to mention the fi light flashes continually. Non stop blinking no pattern.

Could be an air leak at the throttle body boots? Also you're injector could be working fine, but what if the pump isn't working correctly?

Have you checked your fuel pump and filter?

250 or 450? Are you sure your air temp and MAP sensors are plugged in all the way?

Its a 450 my bad forgot I didn't put that. Just adjusted the valves. I'll be sure to check those.

There is an auto decompression built into the cam, make sure it’s tripped before settling valve clearness.

Today's update. Just checked timing and valves just to be sure everything looks great and in spec. Pulled the fuel filter off and pump. Pump whirls on when hooked up to power source so I belive that is good. But the fuel filter looks dirty so I'm going to replace it. Here's a picture of the fuel filter of anyone wants to give there input 👍

First time i changed my pump in my 450 it was black and it still ran fine.

Did you check for exhaust leaks or a lean tps setting?

Sparkplug ground strap or gap is closed or to tight?

I would get another set of unbiased eyes to look at the cam timing again

Mine did this. In my case it was the crush washer in the header causing a leak. So many things it could be. My killswitch was also a culprit once too.

Update got the bike fixed!
When though and tried a new ecu and cam. Same problem. Also re tore down the top end checked the valves to be sure none where chipped or burnt. It was a very consistent pop which had be thinking it was a sensor of some sort.
So I started disconnecting the map sensor and so forth. Disconnected the starter relay and the bike ran perfect. So I'm guessing I have a short wire somewhere in my starter circuit.
For now I don't have a starter working but at least the bike runs!

Been seeing an increase in the starter relays going bad and causing issues with starting and running.
