Our stores up where I shop are mostly stocked. Few small items come and go. But most proteins are all stocked. Ribs, chicken, steaks, hams, bacon, pork chops, whole chickens, sandwich meats, etc.

Read an interesting article on shopping to eat healthy. The key was to remain on the perimeter of the store and stay off the aisles, where the crap is.

I heard eggs were hard to get ?

Stores ran out of eggs a few weeks ago but that lasted for maybe two days. They have been routinely restocking the basics like eggs, chicken broth, etc.

Those ribs look great! Good bark! I’m hoping ribs will go on sale around here. I’ve been craving some smoked ribs.

I love a vinegar sauce with my pulled pork!

Sauce looks good! I also make some of my own, both a NC style like this one and a SC style sauce too

What kind of sauce do you like? Carolina sauces tend to be very tart because they’re either vinegar or mustard-based

Prefer vinegar sauces for things like pulled pork. With my ribs I don’t really have a preference. I try different things. Probably lean towards a sweeter sauce I think. I like Bullseye and KC master Piece. Those are low budget sauce but I like the flavors.
