Yeah, that's gotta be it.

So what will the excuse be for when we get to Freestone?

I'd like to see threads go uphill for a change.

HIS decision to forfeit the MX title without a fight makes him just another RIDER in my eyes. James had it easy last year and he knows it. Now with Chad stepping up, RV moving up, and having the best competition in a long long time, James decides to not race. I thought you wanted to be the best James. I thought it wasn't about the money. I quess I was wrong on both counts. James, quit using lame excuses as to why you can't race. If your scared, say your scared.Woohoo

Ok, sorry for another James post, but his decision to not race is WEAK!
i've noticed that trend in every thread that has to do with any single rider. be it Villopoto, Stewart, Reed, J-Law, etc...

everyone is quick to hate.

although, i do remember Stewart bashing Reed last year saying he wasn't going to go home and sit on his couch over the summer... just sayin

RV will be the hardest competition for Stewart. Mainly cuz he was the first person to beat James straight up and he did it twice this year

I think a lot of it has to do with people thinking they have to "defend" their favorite rider...

You're basically talking to a wall at that point, and then race, hair color, legal trouble, etc,
cards get pulled out, and its in the toilet...

Ahhhh yet another POINTLESS thread about James and the outdoors. When will you guys realize that se in full faith knowingly signed C O N T R A C T for sx only...that does not include riding the outdoors so in a way he made a decision to not race them last year but may have come around and decided that he does in fact want to race them but is bound by his contract....so he sits out one outdoor season give the kid a break for crying out loud, whenever he does come back all you non fans will be back in your cave and if he does in fact show up at Glen Helen you will feel pretty dam stupid for shitstirring

And here are a few things you may want to consider about James and the outdoors as well

1. He has had a fiance for a while now, maybe he wants the time off to get married and have a decent honeymoon not one that has to be scheduled in between a break in the outdoors

2. Yamaha has an all new bike coming out for next year which will take a LOT of testing time to get it race ready for next years sx TITLE defense bec god knows if he's not ready for that one you can imagine the shitstorm on here about how he has lost it etc.....

3. Im sure he's not all that worried about his competition so that he is scared but you have to be nuts if you don't think James could singlehandidly win the title if he raced the nats and even if he sits this one out when he does decide to come back he will still dominate

Im not saying this as a fan just from the reality of how fast and good a rider James is given his history of dominance

What other undefeated 23 year old, healthy, and dominant athlete has chosen to not to defend his title and why?

I think the racism issue is a valid one. However, I think the way to deal with it is not to shrink from it, but to go out and stomp the competition in the face of it and show the haters that their hate is of no concern to you and that you are bigger than that. Having said that, only James is James and only he can make that choice for himself.
Didn't he already do that?

You have every right to analyze and criticize him because Transworld shot some video of him riding and saying he would like to race? I think James feels like he can't win with some fans no matter what he does or says.

I hope so. I don't have a favorite rider, but I do like to see the riders win that people have enjoyed criticizing over the years.

He dealt with it at Southwick. Please STFU if you don't know what you are talking about.

I wrote about that, and I was very specific about it that it was just a scenario because I knew that in the past Reed had that opportunity. I never said that it was for sure or that it was a done deal. It was mere speculation. Nobody backed out of it.

I was never banned in the first place. That was something a lot of people made up. I stated it on multiple occasions that I wasn't banned, including on DMXS and even on this site, yet people insisted I was as if they know better than I do.

I'll be gone again shortly, anyway, as I don't enjoy hanging around and correcting people.

People in offices all over America are wondering why their colleagues suddenly passed out at their desks, lol. It'll be good to catch up.
