is there going tobe options for other combos? be nice not to pay 20$ shipping when i plan on buying more stuff they dont have listed yet that i would imagine make shipping free

Hi guys, here are some updates:

The OEM/mold parts did arrive safely in CAN and he is hoping to start prepping them for molding later this week.

The pre-order screen will be up until we at least hit the minimum of 5 orders, however I figure within the next 2 weeks he will have the pre-order page taken down (basically once the tooling is finished).

He fixed the issue with shipping so that it will automatically remove the shipping cost during checkout, and anyone that has paid the shipping cost will either not be charged it when the remaining 50% is due, or in the case of those that ordered both a clutch & ignition (& thus qualify for free shipping) the shipping cost will be deducted from the final total.

His plan is to focus on getting the clutch and ignition covers further along before He works on the head stays, PV covers, and sprocket covers. When they are available I'll reach out to the group & he will notify those that have paid so that they can add to their existing order in order to get the free shipping.

He is optimistic that the PC 2 stroke end caps will be available within the next 2 weeks. He is working on the internal tubing that is welded in place on the standard PC end caps, thus making them a fair amount more work than the other FMF end caps

As it stands right now he has received 3 pre-orders so we are looking for 2 more to meet the minimum 5 pieces & get this across the finish line. Get your orders in!!! 😁

Did anyone else put down their deposit? We are still short and this thing is never going to get off the ground if we can’t get just a few more. Please keep in mind the deposits are refundable if he does not end up making them so you are covered

They are $114 USD each (=$150CAD) & free shipping if you buy both. I would have thought 20 orders would have been placed by now. So far only 3 pieces. We need 2 more of the clutch cover only to get this past the finish line. Where is everyone?

Hi guys & thanks for bumping this up UGOTBIT. I had a good conversation with Chris @ Legacy yesterday & forgot to update this thread:

We are officially good to go!!!

The mold for ignition covers are done & production starts on Monday (18). Hope to ship those who ordered singles by the weekend (22-23).
During the week he is finishing final touches on the clutch cover mold as well. Production will start on those by the following Monday (25) & will try to get them out that Friday/ Saturday (29-30) but because of Thanksgiving they may go out on the 2nd.
CNC program is done to cut my carbon head stays & exhaust bracket. Samples will be made next week & if all goes well he will post them on his site for sale too! In addition we are still working out details if he is going to do a molded one piece sprocket cover or a single flat cover with a small standoff. Overall super excited for this & really appreciate the support of the group to push this across the finish line!!!

Hey everyone just wanted to post a quick update. The ignition covers are currently being made and we expect that we will have all of the pre-order ignition covers ready to ship beginning to middle of next week. The clutch cover is currently in the molding stage and we will have our first prototype next week as well. Thanks again to everyone who took part in this!

How about a carbon fiber chain guide for say...a 2005 KX 250 ?

We have an 05 KX250 in the shop as we speak so will see what we can do 👍

We've got the engine mounts and exhaust mount now available as well. Keep an eye on your email as we have started emailing those that have ordered the ignition cover.
