I’ve been watching in horrible quality the last two races. I have a good connection (48 meg). Starts off in HD then downgrades a horrible quality within 5 min. I’ve never had any issues, just wondering if anyone else is having the same problem?

I have the same problem too. But mine comes and goes. It doesn’t stay fuzzy the whole moto

I'm having the same issue. Shouldn't have to👎 but if I exit and then reopen the stream it goes back to HD.... for about 5-10 minutes before having to do it again.

Same here. I am also getting periodic black loading screens. I have found I can reload the race and it plays HD for a few minutes, then switches to very low res.

I am watching from a Roku, it's been flawless for the last 1.5 years up until last week. I have 400mb and absolutely no bandwidth issues. I stream 4k with no issues.

I wonder if it's a Roku or app issue. May have to dig out my Fire TV and give it a go.

I can only assume the complaining will be way down next SX and MX season when the service isn't renewed

If we go somewhere and both pay for a coffee. Mine is good. Yours is way watered down. Should I tell you not to complain based in the fact my own coffee was good? Not trying to be an A Hole. Just curious?

This has to be an app/Roku issue. It just did the black loading screen to blurry picture on the "Your coverage will begin shortly" screen.

It's weird shit. I had some problems with quality during Supercross, even tho i have the best internet u can get in my german region. For the whole outdoor series it was always good.
Has something to do with routing from your provider. Sometimes u also got packet loss when u dont even realise it.

If I watch it as a replay I have lots of drops and poor quality. The first two weekends I watched live went well. Last week live I had problems and today I did not watch live and I had to constantly reopen app.

I've had the same issue the last 2 weeks. Pretty disappointing for a pay for service. The 1st part of the season was fine.

I had same issue today. Never had a problem in the last 2 years. If I went out and back in it would be HD for awhile then downgrade. Was watching on Roku. Phone feed was fine.

So I did some testing, as this is very repeatable in my case.

Here is what I can state as fact:

1. My experience has been great since Hangtown 2018, This started during last weeks qualifiers
2. The resolution is great for anywhere from 5-10 mins but reverts to low res
3. Once it reverts to low res it "can" go back to HD after a few minutes usually around 5 to 10, but I don't typically wait that long
4. Immediate restart of the broadcast(I don't close out of the app, just restart the race) and back to HD for about 5-10 mins and the cycle continues

I had just been restarting the race when it happened until the 450 race two this week. So I have a good sampling of the issue, roughly 9 hours worth.

I got the low res issue twice on 450 race two broadcast, once on the "Your coverage will begin shortly" screen, once before the race even started. I then switched to stream from my computer. Used the same wired network, cable and all. FLAWLESS. No issues for 30 straight minutes. I then switched back to Roku and 6 mins later low res.

All that to say it is something with my Roku IMO

I will get my FireTV setup and test next week.

Check out my other posts for more info. This is NOT an NBC Gold Issue IMO.

Stream to PC is fine, Roku has issue since last week.

Have the exact same thing. Black reloads greens and then it goes to a lower quality. I have plenty of Wi-Fi speed at my house.
