Have only been out on this bike 3 times ,the first time the head cracked so replaced that and all had been well ,stripped the head of it today and noticed scoring on the cylinder walls they were not there the last time I had it apart ,should I be worried about this? and what has caused it ?i run 40:1 fully synthetic oil and it’s jetted slightly rich but runs good
I love riding the bike (long time 250f rider) but am starting to think this is a problem bike

Also check your airbox/air filter to ensure it's sealed. If you allow dirt/sand through, you will get scratches.
At this point, I'd have the cylinder checked and rehoned and a new top end.
For what it's worth, my method of warming up prior to riding is to completely idle the bike until the cylinder itself is warm to the touch, then go ride. No blipping of the throttle or anything. Perhaps that's a bit extreme, but I've never had anything like that happen.
Some people wait until the wide part of the pipe is warm to the touch. I don't like that because the cylinder wall is thicker and will take a bit longer to get to temp.
good luck.
I will get a new piston ordered de glaze and scotch the cylinder and from now on warm it up the way you suggested thanks 👍
I don't know Husky's that much, but with some manufacturers, they have multiple cylinders and tag them like and A or B cylinder. The difference is the bore size. If yours has had a top end, It's possible you have the smaller bore, but put the larger piston in. This shouldn't cause too many problems as the difference is very little, but if you don't warm it up, it would increase the likelyhood of a cold seizure.
Like I said though, I don't know if Husky has the same setup with cylinder bores.
