JMart number 6

Jeremy Martin will back in 2020 after a seriously injury in his back. He didn´t score any points during 2019 season. So, he will lost the number 6 for that? He need a new three digits like rookie style?

He keeps the number SIX as it is a career number.

Did this really need a thread? Like do you really care if they let him keep it w/out scoring points (even though it's a career number)

Maybe to dude is stoopid, so give him the benefit of doubt and we all move on.

To keep a career number you need to score 25 points.

That said, he'll be able to keep it as I believe you're allowed to keep it without scoring points if you're out with injury.

I know is kinda stupid, but sometimes you need score 25 points per season to keep the career number.

You can petition to keep your career number if you miss a season due to injury or other suspension related terms, I also believe having a national championship in your past allows for that. This happened in both Langston and Stewart’s case.

If we use critical thinking skills we can remember Stewart was not stripped of 7 during his suspension... so yes OP, clearly Martin will be punished for crashing at Muddy Creek. He obviously doesn’t deserve the number if he can’t suck it up for a race or two.... lol
