I rounded out 2 Allen heads on the front brake disc, the hubs will stay factory color I'll deal with that another time

I'm getting some progress but it takes a lot of time.
Remember to put a lot of pressure on it, the higher the rpms on the drill the better... mine got so hot I couldn't hold on to it with out a glove

Yeah, I got a really good impact drill, it's starting to get shiny but not mirror yet. Needs a couple more rounds.
Should I keep adding polish paste when it seems to be dry while polishing?

Use a little micro torch to heat the bolts up, which will melt the loctite and make the bolts come out way easier.

Yeah, very cool. Great to keep a pic of that chart on our phones. I often go as far as writing the torque spec next to the nut or bolt with a reference line to be able to do a quick visual check to see if the nut/bolt is moving.

Yes. ...Page 140 Lower 17 ft-lb; Page 142 Upper 17 ft-lb.

Looks good to me... u gotta clean it with brake cleaner or something similar and never touch it bare handed again... a finger print shines like new money on Ti

Zoom in on the bomb, the center stripe looks like it has many tiny scratches.

This has probably been said before. But having to buy new bar mounts for my fat bars 🤬🥵😡

Any recommendations for good 1 1/8” bar mounts? Ones I have laying around at home will not work.

I like the renthal bar mounts. They are solid and get the job done. Get the ROCS system from Xtrig if you want the best. $200
