Searle going there would make sense. Tommy has been trying hard to not talk shit about his current team for some time now, but I have a feeling it's a relationship he really wants to get out of. He was really unhappy they picked CP377 to test suspension for him, and didn't like the result. When he got back on his own settings the troubles with the engines started instead.

Not a great first year with Kawasaki for BOS. I hope they stay around and get things sorted though. I also would like to give them some credit for being quite open about there troubles on social media. That's a breath of fresh air.

Searle should go to one off those, Desalle will be out for soms rounds and Lupino will be out for the rest of the year...

Gebben got Rille as there engine builder. That's the difference.

Gets better every minute.
Searle felt it was essential to post a Facebook reaction to the team statement saying the exact opposite.

I thought JJ lusetti (excuse the spelling) was team manager of BOS ? He use to run CLS Kawasaki on which Tommy Searle was close to beating Herlings for the MX2 title in 2012 had it not been for ..........Oh some bike malfunctions? Whistling

Both great picks. And not under any contract. What a deal.

I might add Sebastien Tortelli or Michael Pichon to the list. Maybe if everyone closes their eyes in Austria for the rest of the season even Joel Smets could change a colours for a GP or two. Grinning Tyla rattray or Ben Townley would be a boring man's choice. Get bold or get old.

From KRT instagram
"Injury update: The Russian round of the FIM Motorcross World Championship has been a success during the past two seasons with overall GP victories for CD25 and the Monster Energy Kawasaki Racing Team. Whilst battling again for a podium result last weekend the Belgian has a pretty big crash in the first race and was back on Monday in his homeland to have surgery with Doctor Claes. He underwent successful surgery to his broken left tibia-fibula but he’s also suffering from a right ankle sprain and is now entering a long recovery programme."
So I think that Kawasaki needs a replacement rider

Gonna be tough to get a solid fill-in guy who can get top 10 results.. Searle is the only one in my head, who is also willing to get out off contract with his team i think haha! Otherwise they need to look at a Aussie..

They can better fulltime focus on Lieber then a replace rider who cant make a top 10 results IMO..

On MX Vice podcast Lewis speculated that Searle to KRT was very unlikely as 1) KRT historically has not filled-in and 2) If Tommy left BOS they would be done as Bobryshev is already out.

So looks like the 100 will continue to roll the dice on that BOS POS.

Yeah, well spotted, been a fan of Searle for a long time but it has been hard since he went mx1.
I just hope he could could get on the podium at least once before he retires.

Tommy needs to be put out to pasture, maybe find a young USA lad who would have a future in the GPs and just let him roll around and get accustomed to the circus and see what develops.

Valentin Guillod, the Swiss kid who kicked Jeffrey Herlings' ass a few times, is riding for two national teams KMP Honda in Germany and Team Suttel in the Elite French championship in the 250 class if I'm not mistaken. Dunno if he wants to switch from his Honda to Kawasaki for a uncertaint replacement gig, but he can ride a bike for sure! Christophe Pourcel seems to ride a lot the last few months. Don't see him ride at the Factory Kawasaki but at BOS Kawasaki racing a few races won't surprise me. Jens Getteman is racing pretty solid at the ADAC and DM races, maybe this is a nice opportunity for him to return in the Grand Prix paddock for a while.

The riders who are out for a long time are;

Clément Desalle (KRT Factory Kawasaki)
Alessandro Lupino (Gebben Kawasaki)
Evgeny Bobryshev (BOS Kawasaki)

PS: About Tommy Searle I like the kid but he was pretty difficult to please when he was on factory bikes, so I don't think he will have a bright future now he's on the satellite - privateer teams.
