Best mod to give my 19 yzf 250 more power?

Porting will help. You can always get a high comp piston if you dont mind running race fuel.

High compression piston, Port head, cams and 2nd injector kit in that order.

GYTR Head and hi-comp piston. A friend of mine (former pro) said it worked wonders for his 450F.
Expensive, but massive power gains from what I understand.

I put a high comp piston and Stg 2 hot cam in my 14 Yz250f, not much improvement. I’d think a big bore, head porting and 2nd injector/ignition may help more.

Count how many times you turn the throttle all the way to full open on the track.

I've been debating a hc piston and cam for my 17... did you pick up any more up top??
