Granted there is no way to really tell what would of happened without the Chisolm incident but at the end of the race the speed was clearly in Stewarts favor and it looked like a Stewart win was inevitable.


On the post race interview Reed was livid and tried to hold back but said he was on that team before so he knows how it works. Personally, I don't think James had anything to do with it and it was probably just a dumb move by Chisolm caught up in the moment and made the wrong decision by trying to help a teammate out that wasn't really necessary.


Stewart also said in the post race interview that Reed came off the track flipping him off and dropping F bombs like he normally does but said Reed rode a great race and he didn't need Chisolms help to beat him.

If it was lawrence there would be a suspension handed out...

The AMA is weak. They gave CR a fuel penalty for lead in his fuel and then the following year retracted RC's penatly for the same thing.

If it was the other way round with Mikey and Reed on the winning side there would be a problem. The AMA should stand up to L&M and not just with a fine but with a points deduction for both riders.

The way I see if Stewart started shit in practice a few weeks ago. Then rode dirty in this race and on top of that the team tatics.

Stewart has taken out MC(in SX) and RC (Landed on his back) and is yet to be under probation or loose any points.

The AMA love stewart and won't punish him ever because he is so good for the sport. Right now L&M are above the sport.

If Stewart wins the Championship it will be empty.

the AMA wont take any action, they dont want a non american to win the title same reason why they gave back RC`s points for the fuel drama, i think its is wrong they call it the best series in the world when they cleary have different opinions for different riders in the same situations. even with chisolm if he is not penaliseed in anyway j~law should be free to ride in vegas, and if chisolm or L&M is not penalised it just proves the ama is incompatent and has double standards

Reed once again can do nothing for himself on the track. Stewart followed him around once again and passed him with ease and beat him down just like he has the last 5 yrs. Reed was only 1/2 second down after the lap that Stewart passed him. If Reed had any game he would of been able to stay close and make a move on Stewart. Instead Stewart dropped him.

Anyone that thinks that Reed would of won this race is a fucking retard. Stewart does not need help to beat Reed.

Reed hasn't beaten Stewart unless Stewart broke or crashed since 2002, and people think he needs Chisholm's help? Stewart is probably more pissed than anyone. Reed should send Chisholm some flowers, his stupid move gave Reed something new to whine about.

If RC would not of got those points back Stewart would of won the title not Reed in 06.

Reed actually said that he that he considers James Stewart the 06 champ not RC. I agree!! If there was ever a such thing as a asterisk there would be one next to RC's name as the 06 SX champ.
