There was a really nice big acreage property just outside whitefish Montana that had a nice track that sat for sale a long time, like 1.1.....I don't think it ever sold. Probably could contact a local yokel realtor there and they'd know about it, but it's off market now.

pretty sure reeds place in florida is still for sale...idk about price though

you can email roland wikblom at r.wikblom@gmail.com for information and asking price of his place. 400 acres in Bostwick Florida, It has a house, bi-level garage, 3 tracks-MX, MX beginner and entry level SX track. A portion of the property is agriculture and used by a local farmer.
There are several tracks within an hour drive of his place. WW Ranch, Bostwick Creek, Pax, Waldo, Spyder and Gatorback and just over an hour you have Dirt Farm, Central Florida MX and Orlando MX

I have 280 acres of prime moto land with hills as big as Millville, 3000’ river frontage on st. Croix River (WI side), 10,000 ft building, 2500 sq ft house, 6000 sq ft lodge, 6 cabins, and a few other buildings. First 3.5 million takes it.
