Were you able to find the frame stickers? Here's where I found mine.

Ebay Source for replacment frame stickers-Press Me

I enjoyed your approach to this. I have no idea of the unique challenges finding items that are so common place here. Like Cerakote. A very easy product to apply but you should heat seal it in a oven or such.

They continue to develop this product line into Thermal barriers. Now they have clears. All you need is a Touch Up gun, air compressor and a drying box. I built mine for two stacked smoking cabinets.

Cerakote metal refinishing-Press Me

I can not overstate the quality of this product line. I have sprayed a number of products to include Duracoat. The Cera product line is just on another level.

Fantastic build. I have a 92 that I still race. Can you tell me please, where did you get that seat cover? Keep up the amazing work. I consider my bike in excellent condition but you have inspired me to go to the next level myself.

Looks great. This bike is really coming together. Imagine just how satisfying it will be to have a virtually new motorcycle

Nice build. Where did you get the Renthal bar pad? Does anybody reproduce them? The red and white seems to be impossible to find. Thanks.

That bike is looking great ! You are doing very nice work. I love the looks of this bike. I’m doing an 87’ on this site also. This makes me want to do a 125 when I finish. Great job, I’ll be watching to see how she turns out

Nice score on the shifter. I’m going to try and restore mine but it’s ground down on the underside of the tip. Yours was no brainer... Replace it.
Motor looks brand new. Great job.

I saw the job you did on your chain guide. Absolutely beautiful effort. With that on the bike it looks brand new.
I redid my own which was in similar bad shape. I am no where near covering the work I did on that yet.
You didn’t get rid of molding seams. Any reason why not?
Lastly, where are you scoring all those OME parts! If I had a greater supply I doubt I would have thought about all the refinishing of nuts and bolts I did.

I wrote last night a primer or how I cerakote. It’s a huge wall of text.

Thank you TooOld4WFO!

Yes I did not have the choice to change my gear lever, it was much too crushed and because I found one on ebay not too expensive. (50 € shipping included).

To find original parts I go either to my dealer HONDA (they know me well with the time ^^) or so I search on the ads of particular. Nuts and bolts I found them a lot at Honda and also at BOLT. For this renovation I wanted a maximum of original parts or in the spirit of origin of the time of the 90s.

I don't understand what do you want to say for this sentence "You didn’t get rid of molding seams. Any reason why not?"
(i'm french lol) Can you explain me?

I went to see your answer about the cerakote Wink

The engine is inside!

Next step: mount a Pro Circuit Works pipe and a 304 silencer.

Disassembly of the original silencer. He is really damaged.

The holes for the rivets were bored again next to the originals.

I bought a Pro Circuit silencer that will be very nice than the original one

Honda rubber seal for exhaust.

The next step is to find the rare Pro Circuit Works pipe. In the meantime I will try to save the original one.

I decided to renovate my original pipe while waiting to buy a Pro Circuit works pipe.

He has some bumps and a bandage with a weld that is not very clean

Some paint stripper

After a few hours of brushing

The dressing with the solder is not very clean

Mounted on the bike I'm happy with the result and it cost me nothing

I also bought 3 reproduction of commercial posters from the CR series of 1992, now the garage looks like a museum Laughing
For those who have noticed, Honda inscriptions do not fit on the seat cover. I contacted the seller and it is a series defect, so he sends me a second free.

I'm happy with the result even with this old pot, I still have to invest money in the rims and spokes and the 1992 project will be finished Cool

Godcho did you have any difficulty getting front brake pressure after rebuilding it?
I rebuilt mine on that 95 with new Galfer lines, seals and what not and they still feel spongy. I’m thinking maybe I need to tap the rotor to get trapped air out. I have tried pumping and holding then opening the valve on the rotor. Oil does come out but I haven’t noticed a increase in firmness.
Any suggestions?

I can not help for the moment because I have not done the brake bleeding yet. There are no fluids in the bike.
