Dangerbois666 Started a new thread 89-91 RM125 Clutches
10/6/2021 5:19am I’ve brought a new Billet Mitaka clutch hub, new Suzuki hub and pressure plate which will be hard anodised. Now im looking at clutch plate kits. The offerings are Mitaka for $55 USD or EBC for $100 USD. Both include fibre plates, steel plates and springs. Does anybody have feedback to offer on either of these kits?

Dangerbois666 Started a new thread 1980 RM125 250/400 fork tube difference?
8/29/2021 10:17pm I’m wanting to buy some new aftermarket fork tubes for my 1980 RM125. I found some advertised for the RM250/400. According to partzilla the part number is the same 51110-40300. However the parts manual picture shows a slight visual difference on the 250/400 tubes, two black lines. Does anybody know if there is a physical difference?

8/22/2021 2:45am A little update. Just about to rebuild the engine. Does anybody have an expansion chamber in good condition? Otherwise I’ll have to do the best with what I’ve got. Excuse the lounge workshop during lockdown last year.

8/11/2021 6:21pm Nice work, the 90-91 are a lot harder to find parts for. I’d love to get some stamps made for my works 106.2 pipe. I’ve had a factory triple clamp and linkage drawn up. If i ever get any interest i might get them cnc milled

8/8/2021 12:42am Has anybody had any experience with the CDI units from this company? Im looking for a digital CDI for a 94-95 RM125, wondering wether these units are digital or analog like the pre 94 CDI units.

5/9/2020 4:20pm Good luck man, everyone’s after them. I’ve emailed Bills pipes about doing a production run of 92-97 CR125 pipes and silencers with the 90’s end cap. They never replied, never pick up their phone. Theres a good market for them worldwide if they produce them again. I know others have tried contacting/convincing them, but know luck. Hope you find one.

4/8/2020 6:52pm Rc Bikes in Tauranga will probably have a brake caliper bracket for you. Whatever you do, don’t change the carb, the mikuni power jet carb with throttle position sensor you have is great. I have my jetting setups from 2007 when i was racing my RM125 around NZ. I will try will try to find the book that i wrote...

1/13/2020 1:02am Yea send me a message. Bloody RM tanks! I got lucky on my 91 125. Managed to get the snapped off bolt out with a left hand drill bit, previous owner left some marks in the tank from his failed attempts. I brought a damaged factory pipe a while back, then what do you know....a nos factory pipe comes up...
